Outstanding service and guide. Our guide was very good in explaining what (unfortunately) happened in these two places.

It's not the kind of place you have a great time and indeed I never expected to. I put good on my review as the tour guide was amazing with knowledge and the way he respectfully presented life and deth within the camps back in the day. Some of the exhibits were heart wrenching but need to be seen as an educational reminder of how cruel history was back then. The tour was excellently organised from pick up in Krakow central to drop off the same evening. The tour was very informative and the same time heavy going to take in the misery and murder that occurred at that site. Tour guide was fantastic and could answer everyone's questions.

My girlfriend and I recently took part in the 'From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers,' and it was an incredibly moving experience. The tour was very well-organized, and the transfers were smooth, making the journey comfortable. Our guide, Helena, was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, providing insightful and respectful commentary throughout the entire tour. Visiting both Auschwitz and Birkenau was deeply emotional for both of us, and it was a sobering reminder of such an important part of history. We both appreciated the opportunity to reflect and learn. Highly recommend this tour, especially with such an excellent guide like Helena.

From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, transport was punctual and very comfortable and communication was clear and efficient. Excellent from start to finish- our trip was changed by 30mins but we were notified the day before. On the day we mistakenly arrived at the wrong pick up point - we were telephoned to ask where we were and once we'd explained we had arrived at the wrong location we were advised to wait at our location and the mini bus would come and get us - we were phoned again to advise the drivers name. The journey was smooth and at Auschwitz-Birkenau 1 we were informed of how long a toilet stop we had while the driver got our tickets. We were given named tickets and a lanyard to link us all to the same group. We went through security checks very similar to an airport. Our Tour guide Anna was incredible! A very sensitive and thought provoking but harrowing experience. We were transported on a 5 min journey to the Birkenau camp where upon we met with the same Guide to be taken around this second harrowing place - again sensitively explained. There was time for a toilet break before we were brought back to Krakow by our driver.

Very interesting tour, very nice driver, very professional guide who answered questions and explained everything. It's a pity that at times the tour was a bit rushed.

An excursion full of emotion that I highly recommend.

The only downside was that the explanations were a little too quick, and we had the feeling that our visit had been a little rushed, which was a pity... However, we have no regrets about having taken this tour, a place to visit at least once in your life to remember the atrocities that took place there!

His personal story about his family helped me interpret the inhumane activities from the perspective of the victims. I still remember he said we can't fully sympathize with the victims, which was a very insightful and strong argument. Thank you.

The tour was brilliant, with a very knowledgeable and clearly passionate tour guide at the camp. The tour guide on the bus was also good, showing professionalism despite nasty remarks made to her continuously by a group of older women.

Positive: - Punctual organization, smooth transport and admission - Very competent guide with in-depth specialist knowledge - Impressive museum and grounds - absolutely worth seeing Negatives: - Fast-paced tour, hardly any time to pause or take photos - Constant proximity to other groups disturbed the atmosphere - The two short breaks (10 minutes each) - once before entering the museum after arriving on the tour bus and once on arrival in Birkenau - were inconveniently located and did not allow us to visit the stores or catering facilities. Water was only available in the bookshop in Birkenau. - Toilet visits in between were not possible despite requests - Packed lunch good, but no time to eat due to lack of lunch break and ban on the site

Pick up was smooth, well organized tour. Our guide Barbara in the Museum was excellent. Very professional, with thorough historical knowledge about the horrible events that took place in Auschwitz. She showed empathetic approach to the subject matter.

Excellent organization down to the last detail, very nice driver. At Auschwitz audio-guided tour, then shuttle transfer to Birkenau. All very touching--recommended
