Good experience to visit the Basilica of Santa Croce and see the tombs of Florentine celebrities. The audio guide is quite complete and there is extra information in case you want to check more things. It is well worth it

I bought two tickets: one for Santa Croce and one for Duomo. The instructions for Santa Croce sent by Headout were clear, but the instructions for Duomo were confusing. Headout instructed me to redeem the ticket, which I did, but when I arrived at the Duomo, a staff member told me that I didn't need to redeem the ticket and that I could use the voucher as my ticket. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes before I found this out. It would be a much better experience if the Headout team provided clear and comprehensive information about how to enter the Duomo, including which lines are for those with tickets and which lines are for those without tickets.

Very good experience, Santa Croce is very pretty and the audio guide is very good. The map is very easy to use, so you can visit at your own pace. The explanations for each of the works / parts of the building are very well done and pleasant to listen to. Allow a good 2 hours and dress appropriately to enter the basilica. Good value for money! We recommend it!

it was great!. My partner was sick the day we were scheduled our visit and they honored our tickets the next day!. This added to the greatness of the italian people in italy!. No line or big crowds. History was amazing. We all had trouble using the audio assist. It was hard to hold the device and also take picture. A device around the neck would have been easier. Numbers on the different attractions would have made them easier to identify.

Easy purchase...but it was not clear that my tix would show up 2 hours + later. No fear, the museum / church people helped me. You need to be more clear on this....

We visited the Basilica Santa Cruce - a place I did not know much about. The experience was enlightening and fascinating to visit. The audio guide was worth renting as it explained the main areas of interest throughout - for me - this enhanced the visit. The highlight for me was to see Michelangelo's Tomb - unique and quality befitting the genius that he was - absolutely amazing. The whole visit was worth going to - much to see throughout - thoroughly recommended!

My wife walks with a cane. Standing in one place for more than 6 minutes is difficult , Skipping the line was great, and the person taking tickets offered her a wheel chair, A very thoughtful gesture.
