Concernant l'attraction, le stade est toujours en période de réaménagement, sincèrement j'ai pas aimé la visite, pour l'expérience de réservation via headout, tickets accessibles sans connexion en général c'est génial

Gut war die Rundfahrt durch die Stadt und die verschiedenen Tourenangebote. Nicht gut waren unter anderem die Audiokommentare. Diese waren zum Teil inhaltlich schwer verständlich, da viele Fachbegriffe verwendet wurden.

Esperienza positiva, ci sono due percorsi con lo stesso biglietto, a mio parere una cosa positiva, anche se la parte che viene definita Madrid storica è meno bello rispetto all'altro che propone la parte della città più lontana dal centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile, autobus puliti e molto frequenti nel corso della giornata. Grazie

The stadium is under renovation and if you compare it with camp nou tour , etihad or any other stadium , you can tell it is not worth it

Wie bei allen Bustouren durch Großstädte, man bekam einen guten Überblick. Jedoch war es schwierig, anhand der Angaben für den ersten Zustieg die Haltestelle zu finden, man muß auch aufpasssen, da es Konkurrenzunternehmen gibt, so daß man erst den richtigen Halt und die gebuchte Linie/Gesellschaft finden muß, war im Vorfeld nicht gut kommuniziert. Dann waren die Busse tagsüber meist vollbesetzt, so daß man nur selten oben einen guten Platz bekam, daher konnten wir das 2 Tages Angebot nur eingeschränkt nutzen, auch das Personal war nicht gerade besonders zuvorkommend, Erfahrung insesamt eher ernüchternd !

Laura our guide was very knowledgeable unfortunately it was not possible for us to book an Italian guide because the agency does not provide one( although they do, as Laura herself spoke Italian) and this is a real shame because Italian tourists are many in Madrid. An unpleasant aspect also was that , having booked both the visit to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum we were not told that between the two experiences there was no provision for a stop perhaps at a refreshment point, so the tour started at 10:30 am and ended at 4:30 pm with no stops. It would be helpful to specify this in detail and suggest that tourists bring water and snacks with them.

If we liked the experience was good, it was a pity about the remodeling that we understand is necessary, we did not have access to the grass.

The visit was wonderful as it has fulfilled a dream of being there🙏🏼😊, spectacular read its history see all its awards 😃 I hope to return soon and witness a game and that you can have access some places that could not be visited that day for reasons of remodeling.Gracias ☺️

Ease of use, Extended Tour is also good for diversity Maybe you shoul communicate more clearly, that walking tour has to be reserved...so I would do it earlier Generaly satisfied with the tours

Madrid was a pleasant surprise compared to the 'idea we had gotten from our friends' experiences. It offers so much to tourists both culturally (museums and works of art) and logistically/gastronomically (metro, buses, places where you can eat how and what you want). In addition, I checked out the attention that food outlets put on any intolerances of patrons! The bus we used (hip on hip out) was a godsend and allowed us to organize our sightseeing without stressing! The subway allowed us to get back to the hotel always with minimal effort! In short, entertainment, culture, food and people who were nice and welcoming to tourists!

Large number of cars, but difficulty in recognizing the stops. Map hides the name of the streets with the outline of the route. Improve the map used.

I found very friendly staff on board, the itineraries were really interesting. The wi-fi network convenient and working. The audio guides in the language made the experience even more complete.

A very nice tour of the city with an easy view of the monuments in complete tranquillity. Convenience of getting off and getting back on the bus, useful audio guide. Would it be possible to give the precise starting bridge with the street or GPS point for each of the tours? And specify on the stops which tour they refer to? Thanks, it was really good.

I really like hop on hop off as I give me an excelent view of the city and main atractions. I loved that all the sites I wanted to visit where part of the route. It was great.

The tour and experience were very goid. Very exciting for die hard RM fans, especially seeing all the trophies. For the casual football fan the experience is nice, but not significantly more interesting than any other major stadium tour. The stadium is under construction at this time so other than the museum, the tour is very limited.

The top of the open top bus was not open even though the sun was out and there was no wind or rain and so it was hard to see the landmarks that the commentary pointed out. On the blue route the commentary was very dull. We enjoyed the green route more although we tushed to get the timetabled bus for the extended route time and the bus did not go to any extra stops. That was quite disappointing. The women running the on-board ticket desks were excellent and so were the drivers.

Very organized and memorable l. Price paid vs experience recieved was in line with our expectations. The only thing is that the green field was not seen due to technical works but still, good one

It was a great experience to visit the stadium. The itinerary was well organised. The many cups and the interactive exhibition. It was good to find Öcsi Puskás. It was a great experience to see the rearrangements in the stands. The seats were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to buy the tickets in Budapest in advance. Thank you very much, it was a great experience and it was my son's 12th birthday present.

Always friendly drivers and guides. English was not so good at times though. Clear narration, not too long. We did this for 2 days, each time we left from Principi Pio, we had to wait a long time because the bus was overcrowded. We traveled with € kids, would definitely take the bus again.
