I have trust issues with allowing third parties to control when I get to the airport, etc. So even though I was a little nervous about using the aerobus in Barcelona, it was super easy! My grandson and I got on at Plaza Catalunya, and we were at the airport in less time than it was advertised. And way cheaper than a taxi. Highly recommend.

Excellent and inexpensive way to reach the city core. Normally I would rate this 5 stars, but on the day we arrived in Barcelona, there was a race taking place in Catalunya Square, and we had to disembark 6 to 7 blocks away and drag all our luggage to our hotel. It was exhausting for my husband, who is an octogenarian.

We were thrilled to find a simple inexpensive, safe and comfortable way to get to the airport in Barcelona, that was an easy walking distance from our hotel down town. We bought the tickets on line for a little less than 9 euros,. A bus pulled up to the stop shortly after we walked to the square the online Aerobus info site said it would be, near the gothic quarter. There was space for our luggage, comfortable seats with large window to view passing scenery, and approximately 30 min later we we were dropped off near our terminal. Very easy and painless. Thank you Aerobus!

Using the aerobus made my trip very special, safe, fast and with the pleasure of enjoying the wonderful view. I was in Barcelona for the first time and I was impressed by how comfortable it was! The transportation is fairly priced and takes us from inside the airport to strategic points in BCN, making every arrival and/or departure easy, even for first-timers. I'm already looking forward to using the aerobus again. In my country (Brazil) we don't have this comfort. I highly recommend that anyone who reads this comment is as surprised as I was.

Tickets can be purchased online or on site. There are offers for return trips. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If a bus is actually full, the next one arrives within a few minutes. Very convenient direct journey without changing buses. The buses are very clean and the drivers drive properly. No hectic accelerating and braking. There is WLAN and USB ports on the bus. We will be using Aerobus again for our next trip to Barcelona.

I took the Aerobus from the airport in Barcelona to Plaça Catalunya shortly after midnight. I was pleased that this service was available at this time of the night. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and welcoming and answered my questions in detail. Although the bus was full, there was still enough space to sit comfortably with luggage. The driver drove at a safe speed and we arrived on time. I plan on using the Aerobus again!

We were surprised to discover that Aerobús offered a comfortable and spacious transportation alternative to the Barcelona Airport as compared to what would have been a much more expensive trip from our historic choice of accommodations in downtown Barcelona. We walked to Catalunya Square to locate the bus ahead of our departure and when we confirmed Aerobús as a best choice for us (buses for both terminals were at the same location with lots of storage room for our bags) we went online and easily purchased the tickets through Headout. The tickets were on our phone, we were met by a friendly assistant to the driver who spoke excellent English (regrettably our skills en Español are less than we would desire). The transportation ran on time and POOF! we were at the airport a short walk from the airline check in desk with plenty of time to clear airport Security and enjoy a lovely breakfast before boarding.

The return ticket showed the date of the next day, which I had never entered. Now I wasn't sure whether it was valid, as I needed the return journey to the airport on the same day as the outward journey. This only became clear to me after reading through all the information pages, where I found that it was valid for 3 months. So why is the date of the following day on the return ticket?

The Aerobus is a quick, inexpensive way to travel between El Prat airport and downtown Barcelona and back. The buses leave appr. every 10 minutes. The trip downtown takes about half an hour. They buses are clean and comfortable with racks for your luggage. I'd highly recommend Aerobus.

Aérobus was the perfect way to travel in Barcelona, easy to find when we arrived at the airport (love the bright blue busses so easy to spot!) we experienced a smooth journey to Plaça Catalunya which was very close to our hotel. On the way back there were several busses waiting to head back to the airport, the only error we made was we got on the A1 rather than A2 bus so had to get a shuttle (free) to T2. I'd highly recommend Aerobus to anyone looking for transport to and from the airport and will definitely be using again on my next trip to beautiful Barcelona!

The journey is rather short, I think, it is the fastest and easiest way to reach the airport from the city center. We have stayed near the Catalunya square, so it was very convenient that the bus stops next to this square. Also, I like that the bus stops just three times. It was air conditioned, and had lots of special space for the luggages inside the bus. I highly recommend the Airbus, I think it is very convenient and inexpensive way to reach the airport.

A straightforward journey to the center. The bus stop at BCN Terminal 2 could be better marked (upon exciting the building, proceed to the left, to the end of the curb). The twobyoung ticket checkers were rather unhelpful (perhaps because I spoke English). Although there were info TV panels in the bus, they did not display the names of the upcoming stops, neither did they announce them. For those not knowing the city, it is confusing.

The Barcelona Airport bus from downtown to the airport was an efficient, carbon-friendly and relatively cheap way to get from the centre of Barcelona to the airport. I would definitely use the service again. On the downside, the city was experiencing a heat wave in late June and early July, and it was hot and humid on the packed bus. Amid downtown traffic, the air-conditioning system on the bus was not coping.

The website for the aerobus was very accurate and ordering tickets ahead of time was ideal. I love that the tickets had a large time window- our flight had gotten delayed and if we had to choose a specific time, we would have been in trouble. Signage was good, customer service at the line was efficient, and the bus was comfortable. We would definitely use it again. (We traveled from Barcelona Airport to Placa Catalunya.)

I believe booking thru this site was approx 3 euros more expensive than booking direct. We tried to board at Universitat but were turned away by the driver saying we had to go to another station to board. I'm not sure why that is the only station that is only a drop off when all the others are available to board. Its not a long walk to the next station, but it was unexpected. There are plenty of busses available and its a great service to use for easy access to and from the airport.

It was easy to use. There was some confustion at the airport as to which QR code was the correct one. The gentleman scanning tickets said I didn't have an AeroBus ticket and it was only the Hola Barcelona ticket. But I was able to find the correct QR code that worked. Since I am unfamiliar with the BCN airport or the language I did watch the videos on how to exit the airport to the bus stop and that was helpful.

Audio guide? There wasn't one... Luggage stowage suboptimal, especially when the bus is full! So, the statement that there is plenty of space for luggage only applies to half-full buses. The experience was positive. The only thing I knew that may not be very clear is that the 2 terminals are 7 km apart. I took the aerobus on the way back that took me to the wrong terminal. Because I thought the airport was in one location and T1 and T2 were adjacent and then I had to spend 21€ in cab x go to the right terminal. But having them specify better that the 2 terminals are far apart would be recommended, so people pay attention and look at the ticket, otherwise you assume they are attached like in all airports.

Booking the ticket in advance was very useful, as it meant getting on much quicker. Once the bus left the airport it was a quick ride to the city centre and far cheaper than a taxi or Uber (they were around 45 euros). The little map on the ticket was not helpful and there are no signs in the airport, so if you fly in with Ryanair, leave terminal 2, turn right and walk to the far end underneath a large "B". Enlarge the QR code as its tiny on the ticket and the driver will need it enlarged.

It was a smooth journey from the airport to Placa Catalunya. I like how there is a screen to let the tourist know which bus stop was it. The ticketing and online system were easy to navigate as well. It would be awesome if there was a system for that as well at Placa Catalunya (I had also took the bus back to the airport on another day). It was in the afternoon and there were more passengers and tourists. Some were not sure of what to do and where to queue (it seemed there were two groups of passengers as one of the ticketing officer were talking to one of the group, the rest of the officers were under a tent). Our flight arrived 6:30 am. We headed directly to the Aerobus after collecting our luggage. I had my printed ticket from home with QR CODE. We got on the bus and communicated to the friendly people we wanted to stop at Placa Catalunya. They helped with luggage on and off the bus. Once we arrived at our stop, the driver was helpful directing us toward the location of the hotel. The experience was flawless! I would recommend this company.
