Combo: 2- Day Venice ACTV Water Bus Pass + Venice Museum Pass with Fast-Track Tickets to Doge's Palace

Es war super easy. Der Buchungsvorgang schnell und unkompliziert. Konnten bereits 30 Minuten vor der Zeit in den Palast! Alles bestens!!!

The grandness och the palace was staggering. It was a pitty that one of the rooms (with the four doors) was closed due to restorarion. But it didn't matter that much, there was an overflow of things to see.

Très simple et très pratique. Avec le bon délivré par le site, allez à une borne située à proximité de l'embarcadère pour retirer les tickets et embarquez... Nous l'avions pris pour 2 jours mais à refaire nous le prendrions pour davantage de journée.

It took us a long time to leave. All the groups leave at the same time, a lot of people leave at the same time and just a little later it's time for the visit but you're already finished ____ on a mis beaucoup de temps pour partir. Tous les groupes partent en même temps, beaucoup de monde en même temps et juste un peu après c'est l'heure de la visite mais vous avez déjà fini

Guide extra, patiente, drôle et au discours adapté même à des enfants. Pas de file d'attente. Arrives avec 5 min de retard elle a quand même accepté de nous prendre dans le groupe.

Mooi paleis met schitterende schilderijen. Er is enorm veel te zien. Op panelen worden de schilderijen uitgelegd.Je wandelt over de brug der zuchten naar het gedeelte met de gevangenis.

It was priceless experience to see the huge halls with decorated gold ceilings and paintings, staircases and statues. So thankful that the city could preserve its historic heritage from up to 13th century and we could feel the atmosphere back in that time. The only negative comment would be absence of museum maps (neither digital nor paper). I understand that there are tons of visitors everyday, but they can at least make digital map and audio guide downloadable (do it paid, but have an option!) to phone! That would be much better experience :)

i couldnt get the ticket to load when i was just before entering the musuem @ venice. - suggest to update the email to send ticket in PDF form , rather than a link to a website - meseum pass ?i dont know if it can be use to enter other museum or not

Excellent value for money. Straight forward to book. Really benefitted from the water bus as it was unfortunately raining whilst we were in Venice.

Tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable! Amazing place! Unfortunately huge ques even with the skip the line pass. Apparently due to the pope visiting Sunday. The que was still shorted than the main admissions que though.

The only problem was with the audio guide. In most of the rooms, halfway through listening to an audio, it jumped to another one and I had to start again, for no reason. Without having touched the screen, without having asked for it, etc... This was a bit desperate because the explanations were cut off and I had to look for the point where I was again.

The two-day pass was very practical, and we made the most of it. We were able to get around Venice easily, as well as Burano and Murano :)

Ticket was easy to book, did it online on my phone the day beforehand. Timing is everything!!! I went late around 5. 30pm on a very Sunny Sunday to avoid crowds and tourist groups and was not disappointed! Wow jaw dropping & stunning outside and inside! Plus hardly any tourists there at that time so managed to get some great pictures & videos! Worth the money!

For us, this is the best way to discover Venice and the surrounding area. The timetables are clear and you never have to wait long! Perfect

Not hiding the walls of the doge apartments. It would have been more enjoyable to see a mixture of the rooms and the exhibit. Everything else was as expected.

It was a lot of people inside and groups do not let you see the museum in your pace they delay you. In prisons section they stop the line and nobody guide them not to be annoying. Generally it was impressive museum congrats

It was easy to purchase but a bit confusing about how to convert the voucher to a ticket. The instructions to "print" the voucher weren't helpful as I was using a phone.

It was so easy to use. I loved the frequencies of the schedule. The board at all the docks was very helpful and helped us plan our trips.

Quick and easy purchase. However, it would be helpful to be able to use the qrcode for the turnstiles instead of picking up the ticket.

Skip the line was great. We did then have to queue inside for our audio guide which was rented for an additional €5. The audio guide is so worth it! And getting to skip the first queue makes queuing inside for the guide easier. We spent about 2.5 hours in the Doge's palace. We would have liked to do the hidden secrets tour but we didn't find out about it until they were sold out. This was really enjoyable though and I think I would go back again for the hidden secrets tour. I'd like to emphasise, definitely get the audio guide! It doesn't come with earphones and you can't connect via bluetooth. We just held it up to our ear though as if we were making a phone call as the audio guide is a phone. We were the very last people to get into the Correr museum. They are very strict about the last entry time. We got there at 4:55pm and were allowed join the queue. A small group came at 4:59 and were not. The staff were closing the shutters behind us as we walked through the rooms. It meant we had the place without crowds! It is confusing as to which part belong to which museum...we definitely did not get up to the art gallery part as we entered so late. The royal rooms are so worth visiting so don't take the exit after the historical artifacts, keep going! We spent an hour doing the artifacts and the royal rooms.
