Combo: Topkapi Palace + Blue Mosque Guided Tours with Skip-the-Line Tickets

Unfortunately at the meeting point we were out in the blue mosque first line instead of the Palace line. When the mistake was realized we had missed the time for entry into the palace. Due to our schedule we therefore did not have time to do it at the end. The guides need to pay more attention when assigning people to groups.

Pentru prima vizita, programati-va minim 3-4 ore, rabdare multa si bucurati-va de o experienta deosebita, ce nu trebuie ratata. Ideal sa aveti ghid...povestile si detaliile fiecarui, fac diferenta.

The venues were amazing, we did skip the queue but the guides were less than desired. I would have wanted a bit more info about re history, architecture, events. But overall acceptable. I felt like money were more important than the experience. And when we needed to contact the support team re place of meeting...silence (although we contacted the via WhatsApp). All in all, loved the place wouldn't use the same agency

Not enought time between locations! Should improve this - running 5 minutes (or even less) between Harem to Blue Mosque is not a good experience, however, waiting 1 hour after Basilica Cisterna to enter Topkapi.. You should improve scheduling

Everything is great, but may be will be good the trip to be finished at 4th court - we were looking for it ;) Enjoyed a lot our tour ! Thank you.

Guides excellent. Booking easy But this ticket should not be offered on Fridays (mosques closed until 2.30pm) thus making it impossible to see all four and actually take the time to enjoy the sites. I would recommend it to friends but tell them to go any day but Froday

The guides were easy to find and they gave me the basic information about everything. For most buildings, it was not especially in-depth, but I suppose there is only so much you can say about a Cistern or a Mosque. I would suggest adding the Harem Tour to the Topkapi Palace, though. I had to pay separately for it, but it was worth it.

Our guide was a very good girl named Buse, spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. We appreciated the fact that we could spread the visits over two days, as well as being accompanied by the same guide to all the locations where we were staying.

OUR TOUR GUIDE WHOSE TURKISH NAME IN ENGLISH MEANS DIMPLES. VERY POLITE AND WARM WITH A GREAT WAY TO INFORM ABOUT EVERYTHING

Great guide, very friendly and helpful, overall experience was nice, maybe the group is a little too large. Could have given a few short bathroom/coffee breaks

The price, the guides, the places visited, the flexibility over 3 days and the tour times. However, someone from the company on site gave us the wrong meeting point for a tour that takes place in the afternoon. Ideally, we should use headphones to hear and understand the guides. During the visits to the Blue Mosque and Saint Sophia in particular, we had great difficulty hearing the explanations.

We were too late and thought all was lost. But we were still able to do our tour with different guides without any complications. Everyone was incredibly helpful, spontaneous and uncomplicated. The tours were also fine, so everything was great!

Busse was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and communicated her knowledge clearly and understandably. She explained in detail everything we saw. She got us through all the long lines in record time and gave us free time to look at everything in our own pace.

The guides were good but we had 3 different ones on the day, while we had thought it would be the same guide for all 3. We enjoyed all three visits though we would have needed to allow at least half a day at Topkapi to hear the guide and then visit the various displays and rooms in the grounds. Unfortunately we had another Headout booking in the afternoon so only had time to see one room at Topkapi

Don't expect this is a three separate tour. The first tour over run making us missed the second tour. The first tour guide not speaking very clear English. The last tour guide was very good. Speak clear English and very knowledgeable. I have a mixed experience for this tour.

Without knowing what to expect, the meeting point and coordination was great. Got to our guides easily and they really looked after us through the 3 locations (we did them over 2 days). They knew their history and really explained things so well. The guides were friendly and really interacted with the group, answering questions across a wide range of topics, not just about the location. Well worth the cost, especially skipping the lines!

I love the tourist guide and the customer service of headout. I came quite late for the meeting and the assistent did the best to take me to the group. The tourist guide had a great knowledge about the history of Istanbul and answered any question.

We missed the tour the first day because we were exhausted to complete the whole package, but we were allowed to do it the next day.
