i was not informed that the second ticket would be by whatsapp message, given the huge number of scams that exist i deleted the message sent the day before, given that my instructions would be to appear at the door of lind t chocolate or in front to exchange tickets, different processes for the same city it is advisable to inform in advance how things will be processed, because not knowing the name or the phone number that sends the message this can spoil the vacation and family plans, it was close that i could not get into the dome.

This was excellent. I was provided my tickets and a bunch of information prior to the tour. I felt confident going in that I was prepared. Something to note- your tickets are good for 3 days so we went back to the cathedral multiple times instead of feeling rushed. You do not want to miss your dome clime time though, that is the only part of this experience that is not flexible.

What better experience to celebrate your child's 18th birthday in one of the most beautiful cities in the world? The same as where we were born! Florence seen from above is truly something spectacular.....not to mention the architecture and painting etc etc....whatever you want!!!! Speechless....anzi a....MERAVIGIOUS

Great view over the whole of Florence. 🇮🇹❤️🍀 you shouldn't be afraid of heights. You stand on the balcony inside. Everything is very well secured, but it is high.

Me and my famiily were denied entry to the museum, bell tower and batistery wich where included in the ticket. Practically lost 75% of the "supposed" entries. Sad to say that can't recommend this app for this specific historical attatraction.
