One Loop or 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Kraków Tour

I got to see the city. Really good to take during bad weather. I would have loved if there should were more places involved and stops near the attractions. The audio could tell a lot more about places we pass and the city overall- too much music

It was difficult to find the bus stop at Bagatelain Krakow. The audio tape was a stop behind the info given, very frustrating! The itinerary on the phamplett did not give the times at each stop, eg we got on after a stop 13, Schindler's factory and then stop 1 was a wait of 50 minutes, it would've been good to know that before 🤔The guide was ok but we had to keep asking questions, a bit more info up front would be good. Overall we enjoyed the tour and loved Krakow.Helen and friends (6)

The route was good, but the driving was rough and uncomfortable. On a day that was in the 20c's the heating was on and the plastic side windows were not opened so it was hard to take a good photograph.

It was great experience. The bus was on time. My only suggestion is that the stops for the bus and the river cruise be made more obvious at the locations. This will save a bit of time looking for them on google then your brochure map. The River Cruise location is not listed or shown anywhere. Thanks

The timetable at bus stop number 9 was wrong. We waited from 10.15 expecting the bus to arrive at 10.20 only to discover the correct timetable when we got in the bus at 10.55. Not ideal standing the hot sun. An online bus tracker would have resolved this issue. There was also a lack of head phones and the ones given out has been used by other people. Not very hygienic. As other city hop on hop off bus tours give these out i would have expect my own individual headsets.

Route, driver and assistant was fantastic. My issue is that unlike other similar tours in different citiies there was only one bus on the route. Which meant if you got off you had a long time till the next one. I know Thursdsy onwards there is two buses, but most other cities run every 20 minutes.
