We moesten volgens de instructies naar de headout desk. Deze was niet te vinden, er was oo de locatie ook niemand, geen gids en ook geen audio apparatuur. We konden met de qr code dan ook niet naar binnen en zijn ons geld kwijt.

We thought it included the entrance to the Duomo on a specific time, since we booked for the 2:30pm time. It turned out to be just an audio guide registered on a phone that we can return to the desk until 6:45pm. We asked for a REFUND since it was not what we wanted, but the front desk girl refused to do that. We refused the phones and gave them back to her.
TOTAL SCAM!

La explicación del servicio contratado no fue real, pague por el tour, la entrada y el audio explicando la experiencia. No fue así, la página explicabas que incluía todo, pero cuando llegue al lugar, me sorprendió enterarme que solo tenía acceso a los dispositivos de audio. Tenía que pagar las entradas en el momento, y fue un caos encontrar donde comprarlo, además de mi desilusión cuando lo que había pagado era una cosa completamente distinta, mala información en la página.
