We went early in the day and there was plenty of room on the viewing deck. We were able to stay as long as we wished and really enjoyed the great panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur.

The train was clean, efficient and on time. It was my second trip using the KLIA Ekspres and first time using Headout to book. The experience was straightforward and took a bit of stress out of getting into the city centre after a long journey.

The ticket buying process was smooth and at a much cheaper price than the price at the venue. I was a bit skeptical about the price seeing this big difference. Wonder why the KL Tower authority charges so much higher price.

Purchased tickets on line at a discounted fer but if staff at KL Tower had not spent time trying to retrieve the emailed tickets would not have been able to enter the tower. However thoroughly enjoyed the Views from tower. .

Well worth it for great 360 views of the city. Very good value compared to going just another 25 metres for twice the price

It is excellent to get into the center of KL so quickly and in comfort, to miss the traffic jams, and to get assistance at the taxi counter at KL Sentral for a trouble-free journey to the hotel.

Buying tickets online is a piece of cake. Unfortunately, the platform was closed during the day because a large number of visitors were expected. However, this was not foreseeable. We had to come back again for this reason. Otherwise, you have a great view. And it's always cheaper than the P-Towers.

Finding the entrance to the Tower campus was difficult, as a walker. The shuttle bus service was helpful. The Observation Deck was very good.

It was fun experience to bring the kids out to see view of Kuala Lumpur from menara Kuala Lumpur. Might do it again when have free time

It was easy. A little more information about the tower would be great. This is parking, what to expect during the tour, etc... all we figured out butit would be nice to have that info on the website...

The procedure for purchasing on line tickets was easy. Received confirmation right away via email and e-tickets a few minutes later. Once we arrived at the tower, we were able to walk past the long line of people waiting to purchase tickets on-site. Went straight to the gate. Saved at least 30-45 minutes.

I loved the experience and I kept a picture from there.A day, I won't forget.The view of the city was breathtaking though the weather was not perfect.

Everything was perfect. There was plenty of luggage storage racks for large luggage. Train was on time and took only 28 minutes to Sentral. Beautiful smooth ride. Didn't check if there was free Wi-Fi. Much better way to get to the city without any traffic hassles. The staff were helpful in scanning the printed tickets. Overall a totally enjoyable experience on top of the discount one gets for buying the ticket on-line.

I took the confirmation number with me and they couldnt trace the booking at the KL tower so i had to buy new tickets I tried to access email to see if there was the actual tickets emailed to me but couldnt do this at the tower

Convenient access, and comfortable ride. There was just a bit of a problem with the QR code scanner, it took some bit of trial and error, but just a minor issue.

Everything was perfect👍 enjoyable ride with clean train
