petrosains was fun and interactive but might need to consider disinfect more frequently, volunteers can be more proactive in showing visitors what we can do with the exhibits and that will greatly improve vistors experiences

Everything was exciting. The kids love it. The ticketing was so easy if you bought it online so I didnt have to waste time in queing. I am so glad everything went well during our tour and we look forward for the next trip. The knowledge we gained in the trip is something special especially for the kids.

Ticketing was easy, it was wonderful to bring my kids to the place. It is recommended to buy online ticket here as it will cut off the long q.

My children likes the activities in the petrosains, We also have a good experience to view the KL scenery from Twin Tower. The staf are very good. The ticketing booking is easy and save our times to que up.

Our family had a wonderful day at Petrosains. All the activities were awesome. Our kids enjoyed all the activites there and they really loved it.

Go in straight by scanning on the barcode. Super easy and no need line up for tickets. Wonderful place to visit especially for the kids

It was amzing and the kids really enjoy most of the exibitions. Didnt expect it was crowded and the some of the kids didn't follow the queue.

Interesting exhibitions can gain some knowledge and various of entertaining games you can play there for free but too crowded with visitors from school.

It's difficult to say just one, because all the activities were interesting especially for the children they really loved it.

Not having to stand in a ticket queue. To be assured of a ticket on a specific day and time. Recommendation: When booking on-line I was instructed to present the printed ticket at your office at theTowers to obtain another ticket. When I arrived at the ticket office I was told that my printed ticket already had the bar code and could be used to enter. Please clarify that in the email to which the ticket is attached. Thanks

The experience was breath taking. Travelled from overseas with family to experience the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur iconic building.

Everything was really easy to do, online voucher for hoho exchanged for tickets and the petronas tower ticket was QR code. Enjoyed the day out, managed both circuits for the hoho bus.

It was an awesome experience visiting the Petronas Twin Toeers & sky bridge - a must do if you're in KL.The Ronda Ronda (hop on & hop off) bus/tour was good too except it was a very hot day so not ideal! The air conditioning inside the bus was not real cool which is why I'm only giving it a good rating. It was easy to find the first stop & use.

I recently visited the Petronas Towers, and let me tell you, trying to take a selfie with these towering giants is like attempting to fit an elephant into a phone booth – ambitious but mostly ridiculous. I'm pretty sure my phone's camera lens now has separation anxiety from being so far away. The view from the top was breathtaking, but I also discovered that my fear of heights is directly proportional to the number of floors beneath me. I clung to the observation deck like a gecko on a skyscraper, contemplating whether I should invest in a parachute for future sightseeing adventures. And, oh, the elevators! These things are so fast they make Superman look like he's taking the scenic route. They pressed the button, I blinked, and suddenly I was on the 86th floor. It was like the towers had their own teleportation system – move over, Hogwarts Express.

A tour on Petronas Towers was fine, really without a problem. Hop on ho off bus was fine, drivers and guides very kind and helpful, but from my sight of view too long intervals in scheduled buses. I am sure that you must adapt the demand, so it's only my subjective sight of view. I am thankful and I wish you good luck with your service :-) Kind regards RS

Convenient and easy to use - surveyed at few different websites, INCLUDING the main Petrosains site, no ticket for next day trip, found headout and booked a last minute ticket, secured fastly 😄😄😄 very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

It wasn't really skip the line. Everyone was in the same queue. Very efficient getting people in elevators and moving you about. 15 minutes was not long enough at the top for the amount of money paid. There were no information boards telling you what some of the buildings you could see were. That said it was a great experience.

We attended both tours - City and garden. Both were very interesting, well organised. We booked the combo ticket in advance on your website and choosed non malaysian. Unfortunateley on the ticket was printed malaysian. So we had to pay the amount of rm 60,- when entering the bus.
