The architecture was awesome and so was the history behind it. The views of the tower both inside and outside were breathtaking. The ticketing experience with headout was fine and went as expected.

Finally made the trip up to the Sky Bridge and Observation tower, tried many times but online booking was not available. the online booking was easy and hassles free.

It is much convenient to purchase tickets from this platform with choices of the combo and discounts. Highly recommended to others. So happy with my experience.

Tooo slow. Tickets received not as expected. Resulting my group has to wait at the entrance longer then promised. Better buy ticket at the kiosk than your web.

Visit to the Petronas towers was well organised and not too crowded enabling our group to enjoy the views uninterrupted. Enough time was given on the bridge floor, however would have liked a bit more time on the 86th floor so as to be able to read the infographics.

It's a good experience but the time to take photos are quite short with many groups.. it's raining and view can't see clearly Hopefully the management can allow change of time or dates if not refund if weather not good

horrible experience I book for 10 people for the last day of our vacation. I am debited and then I receive an email informing me that at the time I chose it is full and I am asked to choose another time or get a refund.. I choose to request a refund and then no news.. 3 emails later I contact customer service with a copy of the email informing me that it is impossible. I have their response telling me sorry there was a misunderstanding the places are available but I had exceeded the time and they do not want to refund me. It is unacceptable it is not my fault if you send me an email to tell me that it is sold out and that in fact my reservation was possible. Be careful. More than 190 euros stolen.
