Stansted Express Tickets: Stansted Airport to/from Liverpool Street/Tottenham Hale/Stratford Station

The experience was convenient, efficient, affordable and comfortable - all necessary qualities for an economical and well-planned airport transfer to start off a very eagerly anticipated vacation.

I bought a ticket from Stansted to Stratford. Went on the platform and asked one member of staff which train I should take as there was no Straford option. Told me this one to Liverpool street, nothing else. There was no stop for Stratford station and nowhere said that needed to change the train at Tottenham Hale. I was with two luggages and a baby nd this misunderstandings made our journey really difficult.

Ticketing was not great, never received my tickets so had to contact customer service after an hour of puchasing online. Customer service was very friendly and effective. The trains were clean and ran on time. - perfect!

Everything went smoothly! It was very practical that we booked the tickets in advance, as we didn't have to queue on site.

It was incredibly difficult to find out from which platform Standstead Express departs. It took me over 25 min wondering around the Stratford Station with my suitcase. It was unexeptable.
