Lufthansa Express Bus One-Way Tickets: Munich Airport to/from Munich City

Something I did not understand. Was told to go to terminal 2, but arrived at 1 and at 2 the bus already had a lot of passengers and then still stoped somewhere to pick up more. Should I not have been given options? ( had a lot of luggage)

The driver was driving very fast and constantly beeping his horn and weaving in between other vehicles. We didn't feel safe when he was driving extremely closely to the back of other cars. We would rather go slow and steady and get to the airport in one piece!
