My original purchased voucher for 3 persons round trip into Munich city was scanned by driver who said it was not valid! It even said valid until March 2027. I had to re-puchase another 3 person round trip voucher!! I would like a refund for my original round trip voucher that was good but read as invalid. Please contact me: flaharty1315@gmail.com

Due to a fire on the S1 Line I purchased 2 x Lufthansa Express tickets in Munich on my mobile whilst queuing for the bus and when got to door of bus, the driver refused to let us on, stating the bus was full, when clearly it was not and closed the doors. Thursday 10th April at approx. 8.45 Disgraceful behaviour by the driver and with no explanation. We had to get a taxi at a cost of €105 or miss our flight

Everything was so easy and the drivers were courteous. I would have preferred not having to download the app to get my tickets. But, having said that, I would definitely use the service again.

I called and emailed and got no one to respond. That sucked.
