I couldn't take my bus because the time indicated was different from that of my reservation. The driver refused to let us on and we had to take a cab because we couldn't wait an hour or we'd miss our plane. No refunds apparently. I am very disappointed and do not recommend your service.

Contacted team in regards to wrong ticket and asked for a refund as had to buy new one with the coach driver. I was told they were looking into it days ago but haven't heard back.

Everything went smoothly from the booking to the pick up point, however the bus was a little late leaving the airport but early to arrive in Prague. I would use again and we recommend this service.
