Très facile , c'est très bien surtout lorsqu'on achète les billets en avance sur le net. Peut-être mieux indiquer le chemin entre les différents terminaux et l'arrêt du bus (terminal 3, zone 14). Et préciser sur votre site un temps moyen d'environ 2h30 entre l'atterrissage de l'avion et arrivée à l'hôtel si centre ville. Merciii

Everything was ok, exept is was hard to find bus. There was no signs about terravision bus. We hat to ask airport staff where we could find it.

Bus arrived on time. We were Abit late leaving but driver made up for time & journey was very comfortable. Great value for money!

A drama of an experience. We arrived at the terminal and there was no Terravision bus, we had to travel with Itam, your most direct competitor. Regrettable

Well, bus from Fiumicino airport to Rome (Termini station) was perfect. Easy was to find, everything was understandable.

Cheap...the worst thing is the hours...they are not very accurate...I think it would be better to set departure at the hours on the dot and not at 18.35...19.20.etc....

Simple, fast, efficient! Only regret, the WIFI announced in the bus is obviously not available, you need a password to connect, which was not indicated anywhere!

Convenient convenient service. Of course, the crazy traffic makes everything much slower and unpredictable. On the reservation site I didn't see the schedules, it would be convenient if they were more visible and clear

Frequent buses, not much waiting time. Location easy to find, staff present and very friendly. Quick and comfortable journey, air-conditioned bus.

No problem as far as the trip is concerned, BUT I was charged twice for the the same trip. I must please be refunded for this trip. I have sent a number of e-mails to Headout about this but so far nothing has happened. PLEASE sort out this problem Thank you. kj
