Headout booking was flawless. Tickets straight to phone and no quing as group entrance. Loved the experience. A must for all football fans. Fantastic friendly staff and high quality refreshments and items.

Hop on hop off very helpful (with two tired kids under the sun ) it was very much enjoyed the experience... friendly and helpful staff, stops easily accessible.. as for Camp Nou experience I did not expect it so short the route also because the visit on the stadium is not available, so I expected longer museum visit (2019 we had done both museum and stadium however honestly it seems smaller the museum now) it also costs a bit much however the kids were happy and that's what counts

I loved seeing the Golden Ball Awards and the Champions League Cup. But too bad we didn't have access to the stadium, which is still under construction.

I visited the museum, which was very impressive. I've been a barca fan for a long time, so coming to see the trophies up close made me happy. The only downside was that we couldn't see the stadium, and I'd promised my family I'd take them to see it from the camp nou.un peu déçu.

The tickets were ok but you can buy upon arrival. I was affraid that there will be sold out, but it was not the case. I had although issues with the app, as it wouldn't allowm me to buy the combo ticket with the HOHO bus and FC Barcelona, i have contacted the the agents via chat and there was no resolution. I tried another account just made on the spot, arround 5 cards and it was not working. The agent was very passive and he said to try after some time, as there might be issues with the system. I tried the next day, only day left and the same issue. I ended up buying them separately which costed me more and also the agent did not provide the discount code i have received via email which was canceled due to the "system issue" instead offered a lower discount with no explanation. Very poor and bad customer service. 0 for the app, 10 for the FC Barcelona. It is the last time when i use headout.

The museum was interesting and especially for the real soccer fans a top experience. The hop on hop off bus was super. Note the orange route takes very long, at least 2.30 hours. When you book camp now on the same day it is very rushing to ride the green route as well (2 hours). With both it worked well with the online tickets.

My son who loves the team did not get to see stadium and most likely because of construction. Maybe we just have too come to game when that is done

The round room was absolutely fantastic, I felt like I was at Camp Nou - it's a shame it's not built anymore and we couldn't see that one either. The room with trophies and historical clothing and balls was also great. The biggest disappointment was the fun shop - I wanted to buy a jersey with the player's name for my son and daughter, apparently the sizes from 9 years old and for 12 year olds sold out on Thursday (we were there on Friday) and the new sizes won't arrive until Wednesday. I find that ridiculous in the 21st century. But the museum was great
