St. Mark's Basilica Skip-the-Line Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

We had to miss the St Mark's basillica. But emtering to Dodg's palace was swift and easy, just let the staff scan the QR at the skip the line Q and enter within minutes.

The Visit was good and we didn't have to queue but we could not initially find the ticket office. The price was much higher than the standard entry price and was not good value.

The audio guide app was very glitchy - we'd downloaded the tour as advised by the provider but then it wouldn't play without internet access (there was no signal inside the basilica so we could only use it when outside on the roof terrace area). We managed to use the same app inside the doge palace which was a better experience though the layout was difficult to navigate and didn't seem to follow a sensible route through the rooms

Definitely worth getting the skip the queue tickets. Slightly confusing where to go for them, but the staff are so incredibly helpful with sorting it. The basilica is definitely not to be missed. An absolute must is to get tickets (from inside) for going outside with the horses at the top- the view is something else and it's incredible safe.

It was quick and easy with the ticket. The visits were worthwhile. We only had to pay for the visit to the upper area of St. Mark's Basilica. We hadn't realized this when we booked the tickets.

We didn't have to wait for anything but the entrance there costs only 3€. I would take it again to ensure the entrance without queues.

I couldn't get there because of confusing app and the support never reached me out back though promised. Very disappointed experience

It was amazing, you can enter to the others museums too when you finish the experience. En St. Marko you can go up to the roof part paying around 7-8€ (it totally whort it).

Directions and reminders were fab. Skip the line kind of worked well but we were still in a line for the audio guide which required me to leave my passport with them until the end of the tour which seemed very odd. Surprised there wasn't a guide book to purchase too. The Basillica is very beautiful, and a little over powering just because there's so much detail in absolutely everything to the point it's hard to take it all in. Great experience and worth the price.

All the golden details, the mosaics were incredible, with huge spaces, but the balcony with Saint Mark's horses was my favourite part of all. The view from the balcony is insane. We can observe the clock with the zodiac sings, the dose's palace, Saint mark's square and the campanile of Saint Mark. I could stay there forever

The meeting point was clear. Audio guide in app was confusing at first because we had to determine which area was first on the audio. And which way to go through the basilica. There was no mention of an additional fee to see an area of the basilica that was talked about in the audio guide. There were no volunteers to ask once inside. Had to follow the crowd. It was good for first time visit at yiur own pace.

Reserving a ticket & time was much more efficient. I regret not renting the audio since there was limited detail available regarding history, design, symbolism, etc.

Tickets were easy to book and worth booking in advance. In both cases we were lucky in that it wasn't too busy so we could get a good look at everything. It also wasn't too hot so it was pleasant walking around.

We liked being able to skip the lines. I wish we knew about the extra ticket to get behind the alter, although we were able to buy it in the church it would have been more convenient to have it attached to our entry ticket:

Our ticket was checked before we joined the short queue giving us confidence. No problem using the bar code to gain entry. Beautiful basilica, well worth the visit.

The tickets were delivered to email as expected. I was expecting a line specifically for skip the line, but you had to wait in line with everyone else then at the very end there was a separate line for skip the line. I would have thought there would have been two lines all along one for people who prebought tickets and one for the people who needed to buy tickets. Overall experience was still good. Just not a true skip the line

hi, it was easy to book and we enjoyed the expereince. BUT: QR code on the app was too small to read which delayed everyone behind us. Other people had the same problem. Even after enlarging it, it kept going back to original size and could not be read by scanner. Kind regards Gabi Gabi

Very good welcome, we got in quickly and were able to see the basilica, which was very beautiful. However, to have access to the roofs it is necessary to add 7€ per person and 5€ per person to see the pala d'oro.
