Lunch at Eiffel Tower's Madame Brasserie

Friendly staff and delicious French cuisine atop one of the most famous landmarks in the world - beautiful, Tour Eiffel.

We weren't seated on the Seine side, even though we'd taken the Madame menu with wine on the premises and there were seats available. DAMAGE!

The staff was efficient and very welcoming. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. We had wine with lunch. Our server was good at keeping our glasses refreshed. The photos are nice souvenirs of the special luncheon.

Excellent service, thank you Alexis, everything perfect, cooking with simple but delicious products. Our second time in this restaurant, we'll be back.

Having a timed lunch ticket made the wait in the line much shorter than the 2 hour wait and, considering there was a cold wind, it was much nicer. The food was delicious as was the wine. I would have preferred a window seet on the side facing the city, but we did get a window seat which I thought was really cool.

Fantastic, easy experience from start to finish. Skipped the enormous lines steaight to the restaurant. We were the 12 pm session and arrived early and were allowed in at 11.30. Lunch was delicious....book a window seat if you can...was so worth it!!

We felt well taken care of, the restaurant was very nice, the location was perfect. The food was good, I think they should have a children's menu. We arrived late because of the lines that must be made since there are two check-in filters. They should alert tourists that these two access filters can generate a delay of almost 1 hour. Overall the experience was very good, totally worth it!

The food was a bit mediocre, i believe the menu we had was different from the menu we saw on the website but the service was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

The food was very good, the service attentive and the view delightful. It also afforded us quick entrance into the Eiffel Tower.

The lunch itself was good, but it was unpleasant to wait for more than an hour in line: 20 minutes on the forecourt, at the front desk, to get the ticket (despite booking and paying in advance online). For the 1:30 p.m. shift, it said to come half an hour early. Instead, we were made to wait 1 hour in the cold (we entered at 2 p.m.) because customers from the previous shift left very late. The ladies in charge of customer reception said nothing. Then inside, everything was fine. But to go to the restaurant paying more than 100 euros, I am no longer willing to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes in line in the cold.

Yes, they were very kind, we arrived a little late about 15 minutes and they moved us to the next hour which was great because we lost our money.

It took us a while to get seated, because the process of getting to the restaurant from the first security gate was complicated. We thought they would simply scan the bars code on our reservation and let us in, but first we had to give our name to be crossed off their list, then get a paper ticket, then go to a second security gate where they scanned the paper ticket, then we had to give our name again to get crossed off another list, and finally we could enter the restaurant. We wondered why the process wasn't streamlined and all digitally scanned. Once we got seated, we had a great experience. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. Our only complaint was the bread and crème de Chou were a little dry/stale, otherwise it was a very flavorful meal with nice choice of dishes. We had plenty of time after the meal to walk around the observation deck and enjoy views of Paris. We chose to walk down the steps to return to ground level. It was quick and also a great way to see the steel structure of the tower up close.

The experience was amazing, the place was beautiful, food was incredible and the waitress and staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it. We enjoyed our time together. Thank you very much

I was with my daughter of 18 for the first time on the tower. Very beautiful experience. A memory forever. You go along the rows and get pampered. Food super tasty and very nice service. We had included drinks. 1 champagne and 2 wine. That made the experience complete. View was beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

The appointment was 13.30, we sat down at 14.20. We had a booking elsewhere at 16.00 and we finished eating at @ 15.55.We completely missed our museum tour at a cost of @£40. You should mention on the tickets that your reservation time is not the time you eat and to allow an additional 90 minutes for queues! Food was amazing, shame the rest of the afternoon was ruined.

Everything was well organized, Madame Brasserie was a great experience, as was the Eiffel Tower visit to the top!

Easy go earlier for security Valentines day super crowded did lunch and took professional pic at 40 $ worth it slow service but in France food worth the wait

Access information very precise and clear. The staff was very pleasant, right down to the lady in the toilet. Refined cuisine and visually pleasing plates. Thank you very much. Would do again, but this time for dinner.

This was the highlight of our Paris trip. My son booked it for my 50th birthday and it was amazing, We had fabulous seats overlooking the seine and its well worth paying the extra for the view, this is something I would recommend. The food and drinks were top class. We booked the 1.30 lunch and it was perfect, I'd say if you were booked for the 12.00 it could be rushed as you have to be out of the restaurant for 1.30. I would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Paris. You also avoid the queue to enter the tower as those going to the restaurant enter through a different entrance.
