We purchased several activities with Headout. Our experience was easy and we didn't have to wait in the long queues. We used Headout in Verona & Florence for several day trips touring the cities. It was worth every penny spent and we would recommend to friends.

We visited Verona on April 25, and despite the fact that there were so many people, with the Verona card we visited so many places with ease. Very good organization, well done.

We visited the city during the day, arriving by train from Milan at 11am and leaving at 7pm. We appreciated the care with which the buildings and streets are maintained, the quantity of bars and restaurants, the ease with which to enter historic buildings and museums with the card. The only suggestion is to better notify what time the last entry to certain places of interest is, because the closing time is misleading. We missed the opportunity to see the Castelvecchio Museum by 10 minutes.

Ticket was easy to obtain from the tourist information Centre and offered the value we hoped with easy access to the arena and other places of interest (I.e. Dome of Verona) that you had to book a timeline slot for Guileta's house was a bit inconvenient as you needed to plan your day after that appointment but otherwise good for the day we spent in town - maybe some restaurants or cafe inclusions or recommendations for ease of flow of a day where you Jam Pack your agenda.

The park is wonderful ! The colors , the flowers , the peaceful and pleasant air immediately instills a spirit of lightness and lightheartedness . The immense green lawns allow pleasant family picnics . Every where happy family squares and friendly groups . The little train an interesting experience that gives an idea of the whole park in a half hour so you can better organize your day . The karts ...an experience I want to do next time to get to those areas of the park further away and move faster ! Experience to do again !

Easy access to points of interest. Only negative: At the Lamberti tower we had to pay the 'entrance fee for the girls and it was not specified anywhere, neither on the veronacard website nor on the maps we were provided.

I liked the availability of many attractions with a card. Clear rules and professional service in the tourist spot. We had only 8 hours to explore, but we managed to see: Arena Julia's house - which surprised us a lot because it had several floors Church of St. Anastazja - beautiful decor Cathedral - beautiful frescoes Castek viewpoint of St. Peter's - we saw the sunset Archaeological Museum and Roman Theater: again a nice surprise, rich and interesting collections and a very nice place. We will definitely come back and see other attractions.

The park is gorgeous and family-friendly. Children get excited about the colors and animals. Too bad dogs are not allowed in

You should consider to exchange the online tickets by the needed physical tickets on all monuments the ticket allows to enter, as an example I had to walk from San Zeno Basilica, to Castelvecchio, and only there I was told that I had to go near the Arena to get the needed physical tickets. The other option os to have the physical ticket totally virtual on the app. Besides that the speed we can step onto any of the monuments is great, and no need to care about purchase tickets, or being on the lines for the ones who don't own a Verona Card.

The concept is really good, price reasonable and I really like the fact that the time only starts the moment you actually use it

I could take buses and enter museums. Unfortunately I couldn't enter an arena. In such a case, how about the discount of the ticket because many people bought the verona ticket to enter the arena.

Great Card price for all attractions included in the rate! Had we had more time we would have chosen the 48 h instead of 24 h. Only negative note: the Arena (which was included in the Card) in January and February 2024 was closed... and also a bit inconvenient to pick up the Card at the IAT in Piazza Bra: it would have been better to send it electronically via email or app. Otherwise all attractions and optimization of waiting time top!

At first I was annoyed because once again I didn't end up on the original Veronacard page (in this case I would have expected the city of Verona). The online booking, which worked without any problems the evening before, should have been accompanied by an app from "headout", but this cannot be downloaded in IOS. Thank goodness I received a confirmation by email. The problem is that you only get the authorization to purchase the ticket at this price. You then have to physically purchase the card in an office in the arena area. This went relatively quickly because people are also directed to the headout stand in the office. The ticket itself can then be used perfectly on site. We did 7 attractions with the day pass. One thing to bear in mind, especially at the Balcone di Giuletta, is that you have to register a time slot online to get in on site. This is pointed out at the tourist office. Overall, I think it would be much nicer if you were given a code valid for the day in question on your smartphone (wallet) when you buy the ticket, so that you can use it directly without having to go anywhere. Why I still give it the maximum positive rating: Because of the added value for the card. If you are on site for several days, then take the 2-day card for the small surcharge. It's worth it, everything is relatively close together. What particularly surprised me in the arena were the sometimes really high steps to get from one row to the next. Some of the regular steps are not continuous, so that you sometimes have steps of more than 50 cm, and that without railings. You can see that this probably leads to a lot of problems, because you can hardly walk 20 meters and not find any "red spots" on the stone. For me it was blood. If you look at the way "risk factors" are cordoned off or separated in Italy, you wonder how this is allowed in Europe. After all, railings can now be installed discreetly and wherever it is important....

Ability to take advantage of priority entry allowed us to see more works in the one day we had available and thus the price and convenience in purchasing is justified. We will return for more days and repurchase it for a longer duration. :)
