I found disorganization in terms of entrance times. Because although I had a set time to visit I had to queue for an hour. I honestly don't think it is correct not to indicate at the time of booking that you need to queue to enter.

Realy easy to get from the airport to the city center. Good seats, clean, excellent service. Easy to get online tickets, but also at the busstop.

I would book again and again. Is very well organized, price performance more than fair. As a regular guest, I am glad this offer exists. See you next time.

The bus arrived within a few minutes even though one just pulled out before we arrived. The bus was clean and the driver was very nice. Each stop was announced so you knew when to get off. Would definitely use Aerobus again.

Ordered both the bus and zoo tickets through headout. This all went smoothly and well. No queues or stagnation, just great. We now order all our entrance tickets or transportation tickets through Headout. Thanks for the sevice!!!

Hello , the aerobus is perfect to get to the city . Fast and convenient . Stops at neuralgic points . Possibility of charging smartphones on board you goce a lot . Air conditioning . From the airport to Catalonia Square ( forgive me Catalans and Spaniards but I have no keyboard with symbols ...) in 40 minutes seems to me the top . I recommend to anyone . Have a good trip . It was pretty fast and confortable but: - the bus driver should be more carefull with the breaks...he is handeling people not patateos.. - the cleaning shoul ld be done more thoroughly: we found gum on the hand rails..

it was very easy and fast. very straightforward. when you're a tourist and you're not familiar with the place, that makes a difference.

Really easy to use the App, so much cheaper than taxis. Dropping you in the centre was just perfect. Definitely use the service again. Only downside was that it was not well signposted when we came out of T2

The Battlo house really is fantastic... It takes you a little way into the world of Gaudí, who really was an incredible architect. I think it's well worth a visit.

ALTHOUGH WE HAD DIGITAL TICKETS WE HAD TO STAND IN LINE AT THE TICKET COUNTER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. THE PROBLEM IS THE BAD ORGANIZATION OF THE STADIUM, TO MAKE 3 SHOTS WITH THE AUTOMATIC GOALKEEPER WE HAD ABOUT 40/50 PEOPLE AHEAD AND WE MADE ALMOST 2 HOURS IN LINE, VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE STADIUM SHORT BUT NICE AND ALSO THAT BADLY ORGANIZED BECAUSE ENTERING ONE BEHIND THE OTHER YOU HAVE PEOPLE BEHIND PUSHING AND YOU CAN'T MAKE THE TOUR PROPERLY. THE PHOTOS INCLUDED ARE NOT PRINTED BUT THEY SEND THEM BY EMAIL, THE CUSTOMIZATION OF THE SHIRT ONLY HAPPENS IF YOU BUY IT IN THEIR STORE, WE BOUGHT IT OUTSIDE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT!!!!!!!TOGETHER IT WOULD BE NICE BUT DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT PAID

Agile and expeditious service, when you first arrive in the city it is convenient, then you learn to move by subway and other public transport.

Ultra-modern shuttle, very regular intervals, very easy to take from the airport, practical, not too expensive.

There was very little waiting time and it was very easy to find the terminal and use the ticket! Very easy for those who don't know the city and don't know how to get from the airport to the center and vice versa!

You don't need to buy your ticket online. There are ticket machines. Online tickets are more expensive. Otherwise, the Aerobus is a great way to get to and from the airport.

I heard about it from a fried, as soon as I landed to Barcelona made my mind to grab this, i searched and found the bus, made an online booking. The Price was reasonable and timing was excellent. I am very happy with the service, thanks it paid off, I believe it will increase the tourism of Barcelona. Nothing can be better than this.

I've been waiting for my reservation since yesterday evening at the city center airport I don't understand the payment was accepted so no bar code 😡🤔

I got the impression that it was sufficient to show my booking email confirmation and an ID. Aeorobus needed to see the QR code. The only way to get it, I had to download your app, at the bus stop, without WiFi access. It would be more helpful to provide the QR code in the confirmation email. It also confused me when the Aeorobus staff told me they were not associated with your site. I almost thought o got scammed. It turned out ok, but it was not ideal.
