24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Valencia

I stupidly hadn't downloaded the app, so my ticket wouldn't work. Had to go home, download it, come back, then wait an hour for a bus. The commentary was dreadful. Poor information and grammar. A trip along the beach would have been nice.

All was good except the 30+ minute wait at one of the stops...it was way too long to wait and too far from anything for us to want to get off the bus...We had to sit it out.

Tour was filled with sufficient information! Please add more details about the exact stops on your website in order to find the stops when starting the tour!

I think it is a very good experience to have a general overview of the city and also to be able to stop at the points that are interesting for each person with the option of continuing to see possible points of interest the next day.

The map provided on the web was fixed to a certain zoom level so we had quite a lot of trouble finding our first stop to activate our tickets. This resulted in missing the first couple busses passing near us and wasting some of our day. We later found the pDF which provided zoom. The busses ran more frequently than anticipated which was a nice surprise and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately some of the busses are quite old and dirty. These particular busses are very noisy and vibrate aggressively when idling. Quite unpleasant.

Very good support from the team at the starting point (red bus) and receipt of the ticket for 48 hours. Audio guide did not start at first. Later ok. We got off at the City of Arts and Sciences and got back on at the Oceanium. On this bus it was not possible to hear the audio track as two languages were played at the same time. That's a shame, because that's why you book a hop on hop off tour, otherwise you can take the normal bus.

Ticketing experience was smooth, upon arrival, no issue with the ticket retrieval (or QR code scanning). Very pleasant experience touring with the bus, driver and staff professional and in a good mood :)

A fun way to discover the best and nicest places of Valencia without much effort. Just drive around and enjoy.

The tour was really complete. But, unfortunately, in some earphone there were 2 languages mixed (in mine one was portuguese and the other deutsch)

Handy to cover the distance between sights. When the weather is nice, nice outside in the sun. Still up until late in the evening.

The commentary was not very good and we spent a lot of time in traffic with no sound or even music. The bus was very old and the seats were uncomfortable.

I live in Valencia and i have booked it to experience it with part of my family. I loved watching this beautiful city from another perspective. You could see all the places that are a must when in Valencia and more. I loved every second of the ride. On the other side, finding the points where you can hop on a bus wasn't that lovely. The map is static and when you zoom on it you can only see approximately where the point is. Some dynamic map is a must otherwise you miss the bus even though you had like 10-15 minutes to search for the station.

We really enjoyed the tour to the various highlights of Valencia. The information was also very helpful.

The sightseeing Valencia it's nice to see also the route at city center. Only the bussen need to have airconditioning down should be great! The earphone system doesn't work all the time. Also I will give you guys an advise for the plastic bags from the earphone I think better don't give with the plastic bag because it's not good for the city and it's good to have less plastic or nothing!

The audio system on the hop on hop off bus is poor. Stopped working periodically, especially when the bus was not running. Very static. Loud beeps. Suggest the beeps be removed and maybe some background music so we know it's working even when she's not talking.

Audio guide devise was broken. We had to change the bus in order to use audio guide service, without it the excursion is not interesting. The second bus had the same issue, some devices have not worked properly. The management has to put some efforts to repair / install new audio guide devices on all buses.

Best and most cost effective way to see the city. Excellent commentary on architecture/history and great to have the freedom to 'hop on/hop off'.

Good overview of a beautiful city. The audio guide was excellent, interesting background history of the area. Staff pleasant and helpful.

We travelled in one Bus, that seemed to be very old. The headphones only worked on the top level of the Bus, inside they were out of order. The sound quality was not so good, sometimes we heard two languages at once, so we didn't understand anything. The explanations were very good, so we would like to understand it.
