Tickets to Phuket Fantasea with Round-Trip Shared Transfers & Optional Dinner

The transport was great, got to the venue on time. I was surprised at the way this place is set up, considering the amount we spent on our tickets, nothing apart from dinner was included. The drinks were very expensive, if we had kids with it the extra entertainment would have cost a fortune. and having our phones taken off us so we can't take pictures inside rather spend a crazy amount of money on pictures taken by the staff was ridiculous. The show was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it, but sucha long time spent waiting to enter the auditiorium and it was so hot. Also we coulnd't take our own water into the auditiorium and charging 90THB for a bottle of water is ridiculous. If the venue hadn't charged such astronomical prices for everything it would have made the experience so much better.

Excellent feedback from the WhatsApp number. However, we had to wait an hour for pick up..... missing out on one hour at the Fantasea. Food was awesome.

We were astonished with taxi drop after show. We were surprised our hotel name printed in ticket and clearly instructed which zone We had to go after show. pick up from hotel also prompt.u are great.

The show was spellbinding. The initial 3 hour wait hanging outside with various activities can be cut short. The ticketing experience with Headout was smooth.

easy , economical and smooth. but i felt fantasea is overrated , trapeze was the only wow section and elephant show was ok otherwise the artists were not in sync , under rehearsed. food was decent.

The entire process of smooth and easy. We didnt have to wait a bit as the car came before time and the show was definitely worth it. The amusement park could have had simple activities for kids below 10 years as every game was for big children or adults to play on their behalf. The buffet was lavish and options were available for all types of persons. Great experience overall.

The show and dinner experience were brilliant. Unfortunately some outdoor activities had to be cancelled due to heavy rain. But it was still amazing.

The transfer was on time and driver explained all the details needed to get back to the hotel. Overall atmosphere was good up until the show started late because people didn't come to be seated when instructed. The show was awesome. Retrieval of cell phone after the show was a great work out. Kinda felt like one of those slam dancing events that crazy teenagers do.But I do have to admit that it was kinda fun as well. After we received our phone it was very easy to find transfer.

I had to contact the support team as I never received the pick up email with all the details. This was inconvenient as the support team sent it at 4pm and gave us only 1 hour to get ready by 5:30pm where I should have received it in the morning of thr event.

Ticketing good, however found it difficult to find the hotel pick up time and had to email three times for an answer. One answer gave to the hotel name that I had given them as the pick up but not the time! Also no advice given clearly at time of booking that electronic devices are basically confiscated when you enter the show. You can use phones and video prior to that. It is is very small print on the back of the ticket that is issued to you at the venue for entry and, not verbally advised and when I read the ticket it did mention self service lockers , but no one mentioned that either. If was only after severe objection to the practice that I got a VIP pass to pick up my phone after but no explanation how it worked. More infornation would have been good at time of booking

The show was very professional and all staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Collecting phones at the end of the night was a nightmare though.

We loved washing the elephants, it was great experience, all stuff was smiling and friendly, our guide K was awesome, great with kids.

Having an experience a couple of days prior in Elephant sanctuary i was saddened to see Elephant doing things not naturally born for . I think the environment , parte itself, the palace, buffet and transfer was altough very good

Its a good show, with likewise dinner and shops. Information on pickup time could have been better. It was not clear what time the van would pick us up. In the end, the included transfer was not that good, because we arrived 45 min past the opening time of the phuket fantasea area.

The Elephants are the main attraction, but it doesn't sit well with having them on stage. Feel they should be outside and exhibited in a somewhat natural environment. Humans, Dancers etc could be performing and adapting to this

Everything was good. I was worried about pick up but it all worked out perfectly. Show was good. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to lock our phones, it didn't make any sense and created long lines

Smooth seamless transaction, transport, dinner and show outstanding. Excellent value for money, must do tourist attraction 😁
