The approximately one-hour tour was absolutely fine for someone like me, who didn't know Düsseldorf, to get an initial overview. The section of the Rhine that is navigated is logically not overly long, but you pass some of the most important sections and sights up and down the old town. In addition, announcements inform you about what you have seen and provide a few facts and information about both historic and "modern" Düsseldorf.

Lovely 1 hr cruise down the Rhein, perfect place to relax and enjoy the views, drink and food on the boat, which was immaculate and staff very friendly, just wished we'd had time to book the 2 hour night cruise, I think that would have been beautiful at night. Would recommend.

It was great tour, even though it was raining while boarding it stopped when we start it. The velocity of the cruise was perfect to admire the best spots for enough time to take pictures or just be mesmerized by the architecture. Also that it takes us so close to the tower makes it great cause it's an invitation to also see Düsseldorf from the sky. Service on board was right on point and fast. Experience overall 10/10.

The information about Dusseldorf. But we hated the rest stop for the drivers on Koningsallee. No place to sit while waiting for the bus. In genetal there need to be mor benches at busstops. I am disabled and the drivets did not lower the ramps. Also no chargin points on the buses.

I was told that the trip would be wheelchair accessible because my wife is in a wheelchair and can't walk at all. But yesterday only the smaller ship sailed and unfortunately this is not suitable for wheelchair users. I contacted the ticket provider directly, but nothing happened. Really disappointing as the trip was a present for my wife for her silver wedding anniversary 😢😢😢

Drinks are included with the white fleet... you really have to actively open the inclusive services to see that it's not like that here! Ok for tourists... I fell for it as a Düsseldorfer. I also thought it was a shame that the other providers make a detour through the Medien Hafen and here you just drive past the entrance - even though it says Medien Hafen

I was very dissatisfied with the booking of the tickets, when booking it was indicated that children up to the age of 13 have to pay 9 euros. And adults 18 euros. On site you could also buy tickets for pupils and students for 9 euros or buy a family ticket. This would have been much cheaper for us! I was very annoyed about that! The boat trip was also not nice and did not go as advertised to Kaiserswerth and you could not order hot food on the ship, but it was on the menu. The waiter was very unfriendly!!!

The announcement outside was almost inaudible. What is the point of having tables if the guests are allowed to move everything around as they please and you are constricted. The staff see it and don't react at all. In general, the staff seem to let everyone do what they want. It was not a panoramic experience but rather a festival of nations.

It didn't take long to get on board, staff were friendly. You could sit anywhere, we chose upstairs under some shelter as it was too hot. We had good views because we were right next to the side of the boat . The commentary could of been a little louder ,as I didn't have headphones, but not an issue. It was very relaxing.

I had printed out the email notification from head out. At the KD Office stand, they wanted to see the ticket on the head out app. But I didn't want yet another app and hadn't downloaded it. I didn't realize that I absolutely had to download an app. The lady at the ticket office then said it would probably be better to book directly with KD. Oh well. After a lot of back and forth, she printed out the QR code. Such arguments are not exactly pleasant on a pleasure trip.

The panoramic trip was disrupted by several bachelor and bachelorette parties. The hour was extremely disrupted by many drunken, roaring and harassing people. The audio guide was impossible to understand and the noise on deck was unbearable. Not recommended on Saturday afternoons!!!

We came to the stated location 20 minutes prior to departure but noone showed. Chat was not helpful as it kept starting over because there is no issue selection for bus not showing up. When we emailed the customer service, we received a prompt response but with an instruction to come to the spot at 8am when our confirmation on both the email and the app shows 8:30. Either we missed the bus because of the wrong instructions or the bus never showed up. Could be a scam - Tuyi Group Japan as I found their number on whatsapp and called about 10 times. It was the main telephone number shown on the confirmation. If it was a legit company they would pick up the phone I assume. After wasting 3 hours driving back and forth, our only hope is to get our money back. We lost a valuable time in Japan. Very disappointing.
