The site is very good, it is very interesting, actually it is impressive. The problem is that the guide did not have enough vocabulary in English of what she had to say. We had to listen to Italian to complete the information. Still, the visit is highly recommended.

The meeting point I was sent by Headout to meet my guide was wrong. I could not find the guide. Also the entry to the villa was for free but Headout made me pay for it!!! This is unacceptable! I'm waiting for Headout to have the decency to reimburse me for this inappropriate charge. Overall a VEEY BAD experience with Headout. NEVER AGAIN!

El guía no estaba en el punto de encuentro a la hora y lugar indicados, nadie identificaba nuestros números de reserva, una guía local muy amable nos hizo el favor de acompañarnos a la oficina a ver si localizaban nuestra reserva y nada, imposible. También llamo en varias ocasiones al teléfono que ustedes nos dieron para contactar con el responsable local de su compañía y no contestó nadie. Al final buscamos un guía allí en castellano, he hicimos la visita, por ello quiero reclamarles las reservas hechas con ustedes
