It was a great experience with headout. Tickets were at a very reasonable price.

Was really easy to book and navigate the options we wanted. Included the express passes which gave us the opportunity to experience all rides without long queues all day

Got the express combo tickets from Headout for Universal studio for a best price. bought the tickets after comparing in all the other platforms.

Express pass is good; avoids long queues; however, it's pretty expensive; people don't get the information that express ticket is additionally required in addition to normal ticket / Pass. That info is a must while booking ticket; but charging so heavily for express pass is absolutely uncomfortable.

The park experience was magnificent, the Express Pass is a super needed thing if you want to try all the rides. The only issue was that the Headout's team gave me only the Express Pass without the Admission ticket (which I bought together). So at the entrance I've had a stressful experience l had to bought new admission ticket. However, after I contacted the Headout's team and explained the issue, they fully refunded the price of admission ticket and that was a relief. The team promised that they will be more careful and attentive and will not allow this situation to happen again. But my advice is to check your tickets anyways before leaving) Mayne even the day before. Thanks!

It all worked out, I was afraid the tickets wouldn't work because I saw a lot of comments complaining about them, but mine worked without any problems, now I've bought them for Japan here too!

It was the best experience doing it VIP otherwise the lines for the rides were really long. Loved the roller coaster ride.

I loved everything without a doubt I would visit again and again, I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Easy as to use, straight up to gate scanned entry in then got into each ride express which was def needed
