Combo: Schindler's Factory Skip-the-Line + Wawel Castle Guided Tour Tickets

The skip the line ticket was the way to go. We have been traveling and going to multiple museums, so we opted not to have a tour guide, which was good because we could visit and read the details we wanted rather than being brushed passed like I saw some guides do. It was much busier that expected, so but a ticket ahead. It was well worth the visit. Incredibly detailed, staged to get a feel for what it was like back then. Very well done. Go!

The whole visit, we really enjoyed the difference in each room, interactive, translated and just really well done. Amazing!

We'd been here once and there was a long queue waiting for us on arrival. I took the tickets then. When we came back to visit this great museum, it was much less crowded. I think we could have visited without booking in advance, but it was convenient.

Very interesting museum and absolutely worth a visit. It's a bit opaque at the entrance due to the huge queue of people. A hint that you can enter with pre-booked tickets would be desirable. Otherwise everything was great 👍🏼...

I never understood the dynamics of not waiting in line, but a girl appeared with the tickets and we were able to enter without any inconvenience.

We were at the museum over 15 mins early as requested. Went in and showed our qr code and was told it wasn't the ticket. Our email didn't state this or what we needed to do .We were about to leave thinking we had been scammed when a lady showed up at 2 mins to our time and gave us our tickets .More info needs to be sent beforehand.

We were let down at first by being refused entry to the museum with the QR codes provided by the Headout app and emails. Having been advised to arrive 15 minutes early, it was over half an hour wait until a guide arrived outside and did a roll call to provide us with paper entry tickets. This should had been explained in advance as a large group of people who had bought tickets via Headout all thought we'd been scammed, and there was no way to contact you. The museum itself was extremely creatively laid out with a huge amount of multimedia information, with many personal video accounts , and while harrowing, it told the war experiences from the Polish point of view and we learnt a lot about Schindler's sympathetic opinions and aid to the Jews and and Poles alike. Would thoroughly recommend the 5 star museum, allow 2-2.5 hours to go around.

Finallly I was admitted with the ticket but they cannot scan the tickets unfortunately. I kindly recommend for the future to deliver the tickets in .pdf format and not a picture format. Regards,

The information on how to get the tickets was not clear. We had to ask everyone who was there and the guide was slow to respond.

I visited the factory on my own without having to wait in line. By booking a skip-the-line ticket through headout, it was really super easy! The museum tour was really well organized and designed. I strongly recommend anyone who is in Krakow to go there!

It was very informational and the flow of the exhibit was helpful (we always knew where to head next). We wish there had been a little bit more about the actual Schindler's Factory, but an external guide we had really helped us understand some of the symbolism of the exhibits.

There were several factors why we were not happy with beforehand: we had a group of 34 with students from a school and we could not book as a whole - possibly in 2 groups. Afterwards everything worked out fine due to the flexibility of the staff on site. Perhaps indicate more clearly on the site to choose if you are a school group. Furthermore, we found a very interesting exhibition.

We really appreciated the welcome at the entrance to guide us through the wire cutter. The visit went well on its own.

Showing wnentrz a person felt like he was there. A very powerful experience and your musuem showed it at the highest lever.

Very detailed museum with lots of photos and props which help to bring the subject matter to life. Guides are very knowledgeable and helpful.

There was no electronic guide in French, so we didn't understand a thing. What's more, we'd have liked to know a little more about the history of Schindler and his Jews.

Fascinating & really well set out. It was very busy (but a good thing for the museum) and very crowded at times. It felt very personalised to see all the stories. Seeing the documentary in the cinema room was very interesting.

It was an easy process. The only downfall was that it was very crowded the day we visited. Obviously that cannot be helped but it made it hard to get all the exhibits in.

We had a fantastic time in the museum, we weren't rushed at all , taking all the time to read the articles and look at videos , the getto was really good, such a great insight into life in the 30's/40's
