Gardens by the Bay Tickets: Supertree Observatory + Flower Dome

Spectacular observation viewing platform. The tree display was beautiful. Flower garden was so tranquil & mesmerizing! Will certainly recommend.

It was great to have already purchased tickets - and to miss the queues for ticket purchase. I thought this would have included the famous tree top walk. But it didn't, that was a whole nother ticket!

Amazing sites and definitely recommended. I'll be back when I visit Singapore . Flower Dome and Cloud forest and also Supertree are a must

Beautiful place. The cloud section was closed for maintenance. I thought there were 3 gardens; they said no, my ticket was only good for the one. I thought my ticket included some kind of photo opportunity. The staff didn't know what I was talking about. So we saw the flower exhibit & we were told the one other section that was open required another ticket. We ran out of time anyway. So, the facility was great. I don't know what kind of ticket we got from TripAdvisor, but we could have just bought one section

We had a really pleasant experience with Headout bookings. The entire process was hassle free which helped create a relaxing experience for us. We booked tickets for Universal studios and Gardens by the Bay, Singapore and had the most wonderful experience there. We recommend Headout.

Gardens by the Bay is simply stunning. The Supertree Grove is a dazzling spectacle with beautiful lights, and the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome showcase an incredible variety of plants. It's a must-visit place with its amazing design and beautiful gardens. A perfect blend of nature and technology, Gardens by the Bay is a real gem.

Was not aware of time limit of ticket due to special event. Thankfully a team member notified me as soon as possible and I was able to be apart of the last group for the sky viewing.

Pre booking the tickets we could skip the queues at ticketing booth on site. We had a spectacular view of the gardens plus an amazing time experiencing everything. We ran out of time and wished we could of stayed longer so probably set aside 2-3 hours (we also saw peak crowds at 7-8pm and some of the experiences had a 60min waiting time!) Easy to book via the app and handy to beat the queues at ticketing

as per previous comments, the ticket for the gardens were purchased but as i went to go in I was told i needed to buy winterland tickets which were a further £12 which is not a majory problem but i never had internet access to log on to the website to buy the tickert and it was just stressful and so many people in the same position and just not acceptable in my opinion - if there is an event on (such as christmas or other events like this ) then just allow cutomers to buy tickets at the value of the entry to the garden and add the price on instead of the confusion that is then caused whilst trying to get on causing congestion and frustration. The people attending are wanting to see the gardens so of course they wll pay the extra cost.

Definitely need a warm jacket in flower dome as very cool and there aren't that many flowers either. Lots of fantastic succulents and the themed planted areas from various countries was interesting but overall not a great attraction. The observatory on the other hand I would highly recommend. Birds eye view of gardens by the bay and a nice cafe serving excellent coffee up there as well. Little irritated because this facility was only open until 5.15 because of a function which wasn't mentioned when I booked so take note headout doesn't have real time information.

I had purchased tickets for the super tree observatory 3 months in advance but was denied access due to the christmas lights speculator and you had to purchased tickets for this too access super tree observatory. So we missed out

I paid for the flower dome and giant forest walk, and both were outstanding. The flower dome was beautiful and great respite from the heat, well worth the ticket price. And the giant forest was gorgeous, can't recommend it enough. I'm thinking about going for a second time before I leave Singapore! Online ticketing was super easy, I showed my phone to the ticketing person and she let me right in with no issues.

The flower dome was beautiful with a lovely chrysanthemum exhibition. And the view from the top of the supertree grove was amazing. So easy to book and use the qr code! Hassle free

Effortless to purchase online and Issueless to use at the Marina Bay Gardens itself. Avoided all quese and just walked straiht to the attractions.

It was a mediocre experience, my experience did not match the expectations, I expected more of a wow factor - I did not get this

We couldn't get to use the Tree experience due to MASSIVE queues and crowds. our daughter was asleep on her feet waiting so we gave up. The Dome was nice.

The gardens were beautiful to walk through during the day but took on a magical feel in the dark when it all lit up. Fab views from the observatory and the flower 🌸 dome was beautiful. Well worth a visit

We loved the flower dome and the gardens! They were the most beautiful, botanical gardens we'd experienced. Multiple floors, plants, flowers, and trees from all different climates. Plus, the Supertree show at night was magical!

It rained when we went last night but that didn't ruin our experience. First time coming to Singapore the displays and everything about this package was fantastic. Worth visiting and checking out.
