Once we entered Jeronimos and Torre de Belen the experience was good but to enter each one we had to wait in line for more than an hour, even though we had the tickets. Indispensable to have the tickets downloaded on the phone or with Internet data. There is no way to connect there.

I had a little trouble downloading my tickets, but the staff reps at the entrance were very helpful and everything went smoothly.loved the castle !

The castle was great. An awesome structure with excellent views. I recommend adding placards along the various parts so that visitors know what they're looking at and maybe some history or how it was used/purpose. Purchasing the tickets on line was easy; however, getting to each individual ticket was not intuitive and caused us a significant delay at the gate.

Expensive tickets, even more so since I am a Portuguese born citizen. It's a tourist trap, capitilizing on tourists. I dont see myself returning there.

Quick and easy purchase, no hiccups! I found it by accident while surfing the Internet. I did not know this operator , but I was pleasantly impressed, also because the advance purchase of the tickets for sao Jorge castle allowed me to avoid queues and lines at the entrance. Thank you!

It was nice that we were able to go straight through the turnstile with our tickets while there was a queue in front of the ticket counter. The area around the castle was also very beautiful and, thanks to the great weather, we had a lovely view over the city and the Tagus to the other side.

We arrived at the castle and there was a massive queue for tickets and I was able to book online and by pass the queue.

It was an amazing look at Portuguese history... We enjoyed ever moment and the ticketing process was a breeze. Highly recommend your service.

St. George's Castle is not worth visiting at that price, it is still a viewpoint. The guides of the free tours even warn about it, but we had already taken it out combined..... The rest, Belem Tower and Jerónimos Monastery very well, although they do not organize entrance times, and that makes that depending on what dates there is a lot of waiting.

OK so all round the castle was great. The only gripe was how the ticket functioned no guidance was given or useful information about how you validate it , the gps location for allegedly validating it was pointing into a wall of the castle as well. The whole validation of the ticket bit of information was totally irrelevant, you should just state take the barcode or qr code, go straight to the entrance gate and scan it in to go in. Basically we Queued for 10 mins at the ticket office to find out you just take the ticket and scan it at the gate to go in.

The Castle with a amazing view of Lisbon and the Monastery were the worth visits! The Belem Tower has an unnecessarily 2-hour-queue!

Great views over the city. Clear information. Interesting to see items excavated from the site over different time periods.

Great view, romantic place. It was great that it was so easy to buy the tickets online and that they were immediately available on our cell phones. This meant we could walk past what felt like a 100-metre queue and enter the castle directly. That was VERY pleasant!

Arrived early at the château, quick passage to enter, few visitors inside. Beautiful site. Be careful, the crowds start arriving at 11am!

The view was fantastic. The surrounding community of shops and restaurants was great. Need more signs leading up to the enterance.

The views were spectacular, the grounds amazing, and such a peaceful experience. Fun to watch the peacocks that roam the entire structure.

beautiful place is worth a visit the only flaw is that having done the tickets online given the too long queue at the ticket office did not take us to the turnstiles.

Headout made the prospect of an hour queueing to get tickets turn into a 5 minute heads down and a great experience exploring one of this great city's historical monuments and some hidden delights!! Thank you Lisbon...thank you Headout!!🥂🥂
