Combo: Oceanogràfic + Hemisfèric Tickets

Everything very fast, I was able to avoid the line to buy the tickets since I had them in advance through the app,once inside everything was amazing.

The aquarium is lovely but the app tickets are awful... the screen doesn't move within the app so showing the tickets was hare. Also, we bought 5 but only used 4 and I couldn't get my money back for the 5th

Everything was amazing. Seeing the sharks, the sawfish or the Beluga is impressive. Also the variety of fish everywhere or the jellyfish and seahorses. Everything was wonderful, I couldn't get tired of being there watching.

A grandiose site, very clean, happy animals, very friendly staff, amazing resources. An unforgettable day! To be recommended

The dolphin show was spectacular, the people who do the activities with them are very professional, the place itself is 100% recommendable.

It is very good, the only thing that should be more explained is the place where to exchange the tickets because we spent more than half an hour waiting in line and then it was not there.

Ticketing was easy and efficient. An amazing facility, beautiful buildings well tended, clean and organised, could happily occupy myself there for days!

We found it a very impressive experience. A huge variety of species, impressive facilities and a very futuristic environment. The landscaping and cleanliness were perfect. All kinds of services. And the exhibitions, talks and films were very educational and entertaining.

Quiza haria falta una mejor señalizacion / organizacion para ir de una zona a otra. Si no se dispone de plano es dificil organizarse/orientase para ver todo.

Cuando saqué el combo no me dió a escoger horarios para el Hemisferico, me decía que el ocenografico abre a partir de las 10 y después me puso henisferico a las 12 horas. Cono no me ofrecieron opción de horas asumí q era que abría a partir de las 12 y cuando llegué a las 12.25 fue que me enteré que la reserva se había hecho para esa hora, algo que debe haber sido automatizado pq nunca vi la opción de horarios. Conclusión, perdi esa reserva. Me comentaron que tal vez no había sacado la entrada por la aplicación, pero me imagino que no se permitan sacar entradas por otras aplicaciones que no sean de allí, porque las entradas eran válidas. En fin... espero que sean más explícitas las reservas on line.

En el pack no aclaraba la hora de entrada al hemisferic y perdimos la entrada a la película, teniendo que comprar otra entrada a parte para no perdernos la experiencia
