City Sightseeing: 1or 2-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Granada

We were not dropped off at the designated stop. Although the driver was very kind in explaining that he could not drive there. The condition of the vehicle was very "jumpy" and not smooth like the first one. We were also crowded into one car while the other car was completely empty until it loaded a tour group.

Alhambra was the standout and the ticketing was easy except you should not have to download an app to view your tickets. As travellers we have limited data so was not good to have to do this while out of the accommodation. Also I think the tickets should be for a 24 hour period not per day. As we could only get onto the bus after lunch but not the next morning, so we didn't see everything.

Great narrative about each part of the city that was visited. The tour went all over the city not just the histortic parts.

Loved being driven around the city in a small train. Enjoyed the audio guide. Headphones, unlike other major sightseeing companies, are not included so bring your own. The technology on the train was a bit dodgy, I spent a lot of my time adjusting the aux cord so I could hear. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of passengers on the train and didn't really have a system in place.

Very informative especially using the headphones and amazing value for money. As a senior it only cost me 6,80€ for unlimited hop on and hop off for days. Made a mistake and should have clicked on excellent.

We got to the first stop at 9.15 (to be ready for 9.30 bus). The bus drove past us at 9.25 without any acknowledgement. A staff member turned up at 9.30 and we all waited until 10.15am for the bus. Little communication with customers. Disappointing.

We were so impressed with the monastery and though disappointed that no access to the the Alhambra we were informed of this before entering the bus

It was easy to get tickets online in advance and they were inexpensive. I used it two days. The buses came by frequently and never had to wait long. I felt sorry for the driver. Some of the roads were so narrow and bumpy. Plus the route was condensed due to the EU meetings that closed The Alhambra area. I was bummed about that.

We could change the single ticket to a hop on and off ticket. Friendly staff.

We had no idea what was going on at stop 3 and were moved about all over the pavement. The bus/train was overcrowded.

Convenient to see main attractions and get to San cristobal viewpoint

Great way to see this very hilly city. Used it as taxi.

So manageable for an elderly. It was easy to see the city!

The person validating the ticket (Hop-on Hop-off driver) was not very pleasant.

Very nice city, the train is good to be able to walk through those small streets, the staff is very attentive and cordial. !!!!

We were able to tour all areas of Granada easily.

It's just the best way to get close and personal with Granada.

The bus is a really great way to orient when you have first arrived.
