Artecard Napoli: 3 Museums Pass

easy access to transport and museums. but I'd like to take issue with 2 things: the poor explanations on how to activate the card and the need to reactivate it each time it's used.

I've never been able to connect

The experience with Napoli artecard is very good and I fully recommend it. Good communication with the managers of the company and good functioning of the app, always with mobile data of course.

We only used it for the museums and it was perfect. I had a problem activating it but they solved it right away.

The convenience of having the dematerialized card on your phone is great, but it doesn't work when there's no Internet connection. Which is the case in metro corridors, and it's impossible to take a screenshot. But very interesting for visiting the main museums and getting around without worrying about tickets once you've found the right organization. I recommend

The Napoli Tours team, Lucas and his colleague were very helpful. On the other hand, we had problems at the entrance to the San Martino museum because there was no internet connection. In public transport, it was impossible to validate on the machines. We went through with the ticket office staff.

Once the purchase is made, the Card is complicated to unlock. The app is not very intuitive for registration. So, I bought it so that I would have less stress. Activation was good. When using it, I always needed internet to log in, every 5 minutes the system kicked me out. There was no connection in the subway. Museums were not all included, so I accidentally spent the 3 museum credits. Public transport was included, but I couldn't go straight into the subway, I had to report to an employee every time and he let me in (out of pity). The need for improvement is there

Naples is a magical city, neighborhoods and streets that have stood still in time. Of course there is great food and the prices are modest, nothing to say. With Arte-card we were able to really get around and visit a lot of museums without spending a lot. Neapolitans are unique, very outgoing but big-hearted. Napoli see you soon.

the exhibitions and sights were marvellous beautifully displayed and of the highest quality. it was difficut to find out which sites were able to be accessed for free once we got our artecard. i woud suggest the artecard logo is displayed more prominantly on the sites

My problems relate to the cooperation with Artecard. The support team there was helpful and took care of us. However, they were ultimately unable to help us properly: the transition to Artecard and the handling and updating etc. are simply too complicated. At 3.06pm, I tell him: "Since I can't validate my tickets, I'd like to point out that I had to pay for two tickets for Capodimonte and for the buses to Naples, normally included in the 3-day passes (as of this morning)!" At 3.08pm, Inna replies: "Hello, if I could have sent an email, I would have already done so, the card is digital, unfortunately there is no way to send an email, if you can't complete the check-in, you can request a refund, don't worry, we will refund the amount paid." Then, finally, she gives me your email address on which I write to you. I'll keep these exchanges at your disposal. I would ask you to proceed with the reimbursement of these 2 cards (on the card used for payment) and to inform me of the progress of the procedure. Card access is too difficult and precarious. Every time you have to enter the password and often there is no signal in museums!!!!

Buenas, llevo una semana esperando la devolución del dinero por la cancelación de mis tickets y no he recibido ni un euro. Llame a el telefono que poneís para cancelacion pero el telefono no funcionaba y despues mandé un correo pidiendo la cancelacion de mi pass y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Espero una solución lo antes posible. Muchas gracias

Since the upper choices do not apply, here is a more detailed answer. We had great difficulty in our vacation in Italy to use the artcard and unfortunately can not use at all. We have only understood on vacation in Italy through various calls that we still have to download and activate the app before. We have tried for several hours in vain! Inna from ,Napoli Official Tour ,partner Headout for our passport was very friendly, but we had great language difficulties and therefore Inna offered us on 9.10. via WhatsApp: "Hello Angelika,I am sorry you were not able to install the app ,no worries ,I will provide you full refund tomorrow I will send an email to Headout customer service and they will return back to you credit card amount paid for both booking ref". But so far we have not heard from Headout and have not received a refund! We have not been able to use the Artcard and are disappointed! We are waiting for your reply and refund! De geweldige klantenservice bij Mister White in Napels.Daarvoor dank. Een App die veel te snel offline is terwijl je steeds wifi/4G nodig hebt in metro/trein/bus en er geen dekking is in vele metro/trein/bus .

La carte ne fonctionne pas de le métro. L'application mobile se désactive après une période très courte. Les musées acceptant la carte sont mal renseignés et l'application ne montre pas de carte avec leur emplacement. Bref, une carte peu pratique, presque pas utilisée.

Kompliziertes Handling und undurchsichtig, was in welchem Pass inkludiert ist. Pass muss zum Start von Headout in die App hochgeladen werden. Aufgrund Wochenende erfolgte dies Montag zu spät, so dass wir das Nationalmuseum extra zahlen mussten. Dafür hatten wir den Pass hauptsächlich ausgewählt und konnten ihn dann nicht ausnutzen.

The arte card was not accepted at Pompeii and ewe had to pay the entrance fee. We write an email to you and did not receive a response. I tried calling. Left on hold for awhile and then recorded message said to try again. I want a refund.
