My problems relate to the cooperation with Artecard. The support team there was helpful and took care of us. However, they were ultimately unable to help us properly: the transition to Artecard and the handling and updating etc. are simply too complicated. In addition, the list of museums does not match the reality. For example, the Capella San Severo.

On JANUARY 8, I sent the following e-mail, to which I received no reply:
Hello,
I bought 2 Artecard Napoli -3 days from January 7th.
I was unable to validate/terminate the registration despite numerous kind exchanges all morning on January 7 via WhatsApp with Inna, local Headout operator in Naples.
At 2.40pm, in desperation, I wrote to her:
"Hello again, for hours my connection attempts have been unsuccessful. Please e-mail me my two validated tickets to use from what I've paid. Thank you, Walter."
At 3.06pm, I tell him:
"Since I can't validate my tickets, I'd like to point out that I had to pay for two tickets for Capodimonte and for the buses to Naples, normally included in the 3-day passes (as of this morning)!"
At 3.08pm, Inna replies:
"Hello, if I could have sent an email, I would have already done so, the card is digital, unfortunately there is no way to send an email, if you can't complete the check-in, you can request a refund, don't worry, we will refund the amount paid."
Then, finally, she gives me your email address on which I write to you.
I'll keep these exchanges at your disposal.
I would ask you to proceed with the reimbursement of these 2 cards (on the card used for payment) and to inform me of the progress of the procedure.

The entrances were easy.
As for public transport, we opted only for the metro, but the clerk always had to let us in.

The experience with Napoli artecard is very good and I fully recommend it. Good communication with the managers of the company and good functioning of the app, always with mobile data of course.

The convenience of having the dematerialized card on your phone is great, but it doesn't work when there's no Internet connection. Which is the case in metro corridors, and it's impossible to take a screenshot. But very interesting for visiting the main museums and getting around without worrying about tickets once you've found the right organization.

The Napoli Tours team, Lucas and his colleague were very helpful.
On the other hand, we had problems at the entrance to the San Martino museum because there was no internet connection. In public transport, it was impossible to validate on the machines. We went through with the ticket office staff.

Once the purchase is made, the Card is complicated to unlock. The app is not very intuitive for registration. Despite everything, the people at the tourist office are reactive in the event of a problem. The card works well in museums, but the code is not read by the machines in public transport. As a result, you always have to ask the local ticket inspector to let you through, which he always does willingly. Useful if you're sure you want to visit a few museums.

So, I bought it so that I would have less stress.
Activation was good. When using it, I always needed internet to log in, every 5 minutes the system kicked me out. There was no connection in the subway. Museums were not all included, so I accidentally spent the 3 museum credits. Public transport was included, but I couldn't go straight into the subway, I had to report to an employee every time and he let me in (out of pity). The need for improvement is there

Naples is a magical city, neighborhoods and streets that have stood still in time. Of course there is great food and the prices are modest, nothing to say.
With Arte-card we were able to really get around and visit a lot of museums without spending a lot. Neapolitans are unique, very outgoing but big-hearted.

the exhibitions and sights were marvellous beautifully displayed and of the highest quality. it was difficut to find out which sites were able to be accessed for free once we got our artecard. i woud suggest the artecard logo is displayed more prominantly on the sites
