We arrived a little late because of crowded vehicles but they were kind enough to let us in since we also had a small child. The building is stunning!

Loved exploring the castle and grounds ! So much to see and enjoy. Definitely would recommend a few hours at each site. Maybe bring some snacks for a picnic.

The palace is a marvel and so is the place where it is located. Each section of the palace has good descriptions, no audio guide is needed.

Buying the tickets online was great snd straight forward, downloading the app to get the tickets so that we could present them on our mobile phone at the gate for entry was perfect. Only thing abit confusing was with the parking, we drove up to the higher car parking area but wasn't sure if at right place, and where transfer bus to castle was, we ended up walking the 20mins to Castle entry the bus was at another entry point which would not even be 10mins for an abled walking person to reach. Amazing views and incredible architecture in a beautiful park setting.

The palace and the park are impressive, they are great! My question about the ticket is: why don't you give the option "palace plus transport", given that one can't fly from the entrance to the palace, namely, to visit the palace one enters necessarily the park and then one can visit it. I paid a ticket which included "palace plus park plus transport", and I didn't find an option "palace plus transport".

Good welcome and clear information on where to go. Despite being very busy, the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside: the small café only offers really bad things in cellophane.

Living in the United States and traveling to antoher country, you're never really quite sure how the pre-purchase ticket experience will go. But this will very well! showed our tickets to get into the gate and found the bus very easily. Headout app worked great as well.

The experience was great, but I didn't like having to download and sign up for an app to get my tickets. I prefer a thousand times that they send them to the mail in PDF or with a code, because if you don't have memory on your phone or anything like that, you can't access them.

The experience of buying the tickets was super easy and agile, the place was beautiful, super organized with the queues and the information we requested, when necessary.

I liked the view, the Mauritanian courtyard, the tiles and the tour of the pinnacle. The information about the time slot was misleading and meant that we had to wait in the blazing sun.

Palace was beautiful. Quinta regaleira was beautiful, although line for Initiation Well was so long we did not have time to do . We did not know how to access the transportation from Pena Park to the palace, and did not know how to navigate around the park, because it is enormous! Perhaps too much to try to do those two things in one day?

Loved absolutely everything. The weather was great, the line ups were good. Penna Palace was amazing as well as Mooeish Castle

Both places are amazing. I had trouble downloading the audio guide and headout chat line responded and fixed it straight away. Great service.

Extremely busy even now in April. It was too busy to catch the bus from the gate. The palace itself was in need of painting on the outside. The interior was a better experience

The site was itself amazingly beautiful and the process of getting the tickets and the bus ride up to the palace made easy and enjoyable.

Discovering the park. For 3 hours, we wandered around the park, discovering beautiful, lively and, above all, QUIET areas.

The castle itself is very beautiful, but the parking and then you have to pay back a bus ticket or the touktouks. A real shame.

Easy, straightforward and no surprises. Make sure to be inside the gates and at the palace at your designated ticket time (about 20 min walk from entry)
