Combo: One-Way Malpensa Express + Villa Necchi Campiglio Tickets

This is a good service. Train back to Malpensa was slow leaving Milan, but we got to airport in time. Announcing platform (next time I'll know it is usually Platform 1) was slow in being made, so there was a bit of a rush to the train on a somewhat distant platform 1.

Quick and easy to use. Tickets arrived promptly and we made our connecting train on time by skipping the queues by booking online

The ease of purchasing through headout and entering the train directly without going through the vending machine, thus saving queues and waiting time.

The trip was fine except it is not clear if I needed to validate my ticket and how to do it (this an Italian issue only).

Booking the ticket on line was very easy. I found the price of the ticket to be very reasonable, the train was fast, clean and comfortabele, the announcments of stopping places along the journey was very clear and also in English. This villa is a must see. We went in the morning to avoid crowds. The space is incredible and the audio guided tour is very informative as you move throughout the rooms.

The express from the Milan Airport to Milan Centrale was an efficient and cost effective way to pick up the trains in Milan. The train was clean and the ride was pleasant.

Such a beautiful place to visit. The audio guide was interesting and explained so many details about the property, furniture and the people that lived there. I would have appreciated wifi being available for that. Staff very friendly .

It was just a one way train ticket. I could have easily purchased in airport although it was handy to have in advance. At no stage in my journey was the ticket checked or required to enter or exit train platforms.

Booking possible in advance online; good that the ticket was valid longer - flight was delayed and I could not catch the scheduled train. Train was on time

Easy to get tickets. We missed the express train we had booked because of flight delays so caught the next one. We were a bit confused about the information on the departure train board - but we caught a later one. We appreciated we had a 3 hour leeway on the tickets. Only thing we couldn't work out was were to scan our tickets (on phone).

Feedback - Write in big letters the information, that the online ticket is already validated for trip (it is written, but I did not recognize it and then I was not sure..., had to ask "overloaded" staff at station). The trip itself was very good and comfortable. Thanks

Just thought the journey was very slow. Nothing wrong with the train. Obviously its not as polluting as taxis or as costly so that's why we used it.

Great to do all 4 routes and learn about the huge changes in Milan.

The place itself is grandiose, and still so full of the life of its last occupants.
