Combo: Galata Tower + Bosphorus Cruise Tickets

I liked everything except the imposition of the time by the person who ran the crpociera telling me I only had the one at 3:30 pm despite the fact that there were several after that and the ticket read until 8 pm. The rest all ok, but not being able to choose the time should be specified.

Difficulty finding the ticket exchange point, but otherwise very good.

TRULY LOVED IT AND LIVED IT FULLY....100% RECOMMENDED....NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER....

The directions aren't clear on how to use the ticket and it seems like you have to call the emergency phone number to get additional information on how to get your actual tickets. The boat tour they didn't even pick up the phone when we called. Don't recommend this.

Unfortunately the ticket provided by Headout was not accepted by the Galata Ticket booth, so we had to purchase our own tickets and request a refund from Headout.

I couldn't access the tower with my ticket, they said the bar code didn't work. I contacted you via chat and didn't get any solution. It was a really bad experience

The tickets promised skip the line at Galata - this does not exit, the tickets sent and in the appt had a bar code instead of QR codes, and we did not receive the QR codes pro-actively, only after calling and waiting for them. The cruise times were not told to us and on the app it says anytime until 8:00 pm, then after asking we foud out the last cruise is at 16:45 - so we missed it on day 1. We went there on Day 2 - with a lot of extra effort just to find out that no cruises on that day (100 year celebration), but again the support team did not tell us - they should have mentioned this when we anyway had contact with them via WhatsApp . So we could not use our boat tickets as we then left Istanbul!

Dear, good evening; Along with saying hello, I tell you that today, Thursday, October 26, it was up to me and my partner to enter the Galata Tower, since through the Headout app I acquired two tickets, for the above I previously went to the indicated address in the app in order to withdraw tickets, an issue that did not end well, since the office was nowhere to be found. Consequently, I had to incur another expense and buy two more tickets directly at the entrance. Therefore, I expressly request a full refund of this due to the obvious breach of contract and terrible experience.

The Galata tower staff were not able to read QR from Headout so they did not let me in. i chat with Headout support people but unable to solve the issue. I was very dissapointed I only had that date to go to this attraction. I have not made any refund request yet

We attended the stated address for the Bosphorus cruise at around 6pm on 6th of October. However, at the stated location there was no boat, we talked to some 5 captains at the pier, showed them our tickets, however, nobody knew nothing about the cruise. We tried to figure out where is our boat for some half an hour, but with no success. Nobody knew nothing, although the location was correct (as stated in the e-mail), and the time was only 6 p.m. (opening time stated in the e-mail was by 8 p.m.). We tried to call the phone numbers given in the e-mail, few times, also we wrote via watsapp, however, nobody replied nothing until now. We are totally dissapointed with the service, and would like to have money returned for the Bosphorus cruise part of the tickets. Natalija

In your website written there is a water or tea included in the ticket and when I ask for this they told me that is not included Also in your website written that the audio with 10 languages included Arabic but actually not. If I can't get part of my money back I will be glad and for the future I don't know if I will book via headout until I get answer from you Abed

Tickets sent to us by email did not work at the experience.. spoilt the whole day for sure .. still waiting for the refund to arrive.
