Combo: Leonardo Express One-Way Tickets + 48-Hr Rome Pass

When we arrived at the airport we were running late and the woman at the gate went out of her way to help us get new tickets and guide us to the correct train.

No hassle to get on board got to the airport headed straight to look for the train and onboard right away didn't have to buy it there which saves time also if you need to make a time change due to flight delay you can very easy and convenient

Problem with sala blu and the normal train staff went above and beyond to make sure the wheelchair could still get on. Very professional and helpful. Haven't used it before. Normally fly to naples. Will use rome more.

Leonardo Express works very well! Clean trains with enough space for luggage and always on time !!! Good option for airport transfer to Rome city center !!!

thr staff was knowledgable of all aspects of your system. but most important the young woman understood i was anxious becase of missing my connection and quickly explained how she could be of assistance. and she was terrific! and that reduced my stress.

Reizen met de trein op zich was leuk en vrij duidelijk, maar de meerprijs die je er voor betaald om op voorhand te reserveren is te veel. Je kan beter ter plaatse tickets kopen, heb je niet de extra kosten die ze via headout aanrekenen. Hierdoor kan je beter een tijdslot kiezen, want dit is wel verplicht om boetes of problemen met controleur te vermijden. Als ik nog eens terug naar Rome ga koop ik ter plaatse aan de vele voorziene automaten.

Easy and quick way to get to Rome. Too bad you can't get to the train station directly from the airport, but have to walk a few hundred meters.

Buying the tickets was easy enough, except you have to stipulate the train time. That means guessing if your plane will arrive on time and how long it will then take to get to the station. We got there 45 minutes earlier than I guessed. We tried to catch the earlier train, but our tickets were rejected and we had to wait for the one I had booked 30 minutes later. I'll buy them when we arrive in future.

Unintuitive how to go about changing the ride time for the Leonardo shuttle. I got help from the Airport station staff so everything went smoothly.

The booking was easy. The flexibility to adjust the time as you wish is great. The train connection is fast and the routes are easy to find. Everything was great.

This is the easiest & cheapest way to get to and from Rome and the airport. We usd taxis a couple of times and the taxi drivers took advantage of the fact that we are tourists and ripped us off. The express train is one flat fee so you know you won't get screwed.

Easy to find train, quick way to get to Rome. Also, no need to print out ticket at the ticket kiosk. Can just use your online ticket.

Maybe it will be better if we can see which station our train will be at. Its hard to spot Leonardo express as a tourist.

Excellent transportation from Fiumicino to Termini. I do point out, however, that the route into the airport x Leonardo is poorly signposted. I solved it by asking cross-staff for directions.

Would make sure to activate tickets beforehand with decent Wifi. Wjen I used mobile data it woupd not let me activate tickets. Also, tickets will expire if you take a train that is afrer the specified time. Unless you argue your case with the ticket inspector, the tickets cannot be used.
