We loved the attraction, but we showed up 20 mminutes early as requested by you and the people in charge of the tickets were not there. We were supposed to start our tour at 12:45 and we started at 1 because the people who wre to get the tickets had to wait for other people in the group and then had to show nationality cards and age cards to the people with the tickets. We wasted ma lot of time before getting into the Parliament building. We loved the tour once we got in and highly recommend the tour.

Well organized tour from the reception (follow the instructions that come via text message and be on time 😉), audio guides in virtually every guidebook take you on a discovery of one of the most beautiful parliaments in the world. The tour takes 45 min and goes smoothly in groups of the right size. We were also lucky enough to witness the changing of the guard at the crown.

The booking process was clearly structured. The meeting point was easy to find, but the visitor center has two entrances and according to the description it would have been the one directly on the Danube, so we just walked through and found the guide.

The booking and collection of tickets with Headout worked perfectly. I was uodated with text messages with instructions and also sent a reminder text on the day. The local rpresentatives were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Headout, adn I would use again.

The overall experience was great but it said that the tour would last 45 minutes but the audio guide kept been cut off at certain points so that the tour could go on and it felt like they wanted us to get out of there as soon as possible. If the duration of the guided tour lasts longer than it says on the program just change the tour duration. We missed a lot of information due to the guide being cut off. Also my discount didnt work while booking.

The Parliament tour is excellent. The waiting beforehand was a little confusing. The ticket office helped me find Manuel. Maybe a clearer meeting point and description of your representative would be better. Manuel did a great job.

Beautiful building. Unclear how to change tickets though. Too many emails from headout beforehand which caused an important one to be missed.

The registration process went smoothly (be sure to arrive 15 minutes in advance! It's embarrassing if you arrive late), we were given an excellent audio guide and saw the most beautiful areas of parliament. At the end, we got some extra time in a separate exhibition about the parliament, which was very fascinating. We enjoyed the beautiful building!

The process of obtaining tickets at the venue, after booking online, was slightly caotic, however, the tour was very interesting and money well spent. Would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Budapest as long as you don't mind queuing, as the Parliament Building is a very popular attraction.

Not sure why we needed an intermediate to get our ticket. Seemed like a waste of time. Doors did not open until assigned time. No reason to be there 30 minutes early

It's a hugely impressive building and the exhibition at the end was really interesting, especially on the work involved in the design. Unfortunately I apparently accidentally booked as an EGT rather than non-EGT citizen, so basically had to pay almost the same again on the day although I'd been advised I would only pay the difference between the two rates. So it became a very expensive way to spend 45 mins on a tour with pre-recorded audio, not even an actual human guide. You can buy tickets at Parliament on the day from 7.45am at a much cheaper rate I think but without a guaranteed time, so if you're prepared to get up early and don't mind waiting around to get in then I would recommend doing that.

It was challenging finding tickets for the Hungarian Parliament and they let us get an appointment instead of waiting in line.

Great experience, we accidentally booked an another bath. First we want to go to the biggest bath, but this was also nice!! Nice staff and not to busy!

Jacuzzi and sauna are clean and very pleasant, but don't forget your bathing cap for the thermal pools - a cap will do. Take something to eat, as the food on sale is neither good nor of high quality. The formula without the supplements is more than enough, and the supplements are very honest.

Using headphones for the tour was good. Except right and left in the mainhall was confusing - whose right or whose left?

All ok, directions received by text message very clear. The tour was with a recorded voice. Also, in my opinion it lasted a little short.
