The changing room situation is not clear until you fight your way through the first round of lockers only to learn there are lots of them on a different level with more generous changing rooms.

The building and the spa are really great. The architecture, the ambience, the pools.
Overall it was very crowded, which firstly made it very noisy and secondly there was a lack of loungers to rest and relax. In addition, the outdoor pool was not open and the staff were simply unfriendly. A great pity.
Important: Take a swimming cap with you or alternatively be prepared to buy one in the spa store at the entrance.
Bathing caps must be worn in the swimming pool, not in the thermal pools!

Very nice and clean spa (contrary to what many people have already been saying), different from the traditional ones we are used to. As soon as I got to the entrance I showed my Headout tickets and immediately went in with my friends. Everything was very efficient and fast!

We received wristband for locker access . They are cramped and attached so if there are people you can't even open them easily ' more locker rooms could be made available in the various areas of the blue bracelet . Adequate cleanliness

not very welcoming to tourists, which is a shame
We tried 4 different baths, but apart from temperature differences, there was nothing really striking about them. In fact, a monotonous experience

We enjoyed a relaxing morning at the Gellert Spa. With our tickets already booked in advance, getting in went very smoothly. We found it very convenient to have our own private cabin, where we could leave our belongings and have access to them at all times. We were kindly escorted to our cabin by the staff. The Spa itself was wonderful to be in. It was quiet and we were able to relax. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing!! The employees were nice and helpful, the thermal baths were wonderful, and the lockers were clean. There was even a cold plunge pool! The saunas and steam rooms were also lovely. Everything was clean and peaceful. The shop conveniently had flip flops and towels. Overall, it was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest!

Gellert Baths was so lovely relaxing. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine in March and spent ages chilling in the outside thermal pool as well as the inside ones, sauna, steam room and plunge pool.
The cruise was only a short walk away. It was an enjoyable experience but it would've been better if we'd have had a tour guide.

Overall experience was brilliant. Staff very friendly. Definitely the Cabin was a great choice . Bring an extra towel with you as the one you bring with you into baths gets very damp . Very relaxing and enjoyable experience . Will return again .
