The Portocart for the metro was very good.
To be able to use the buses, you should get a route map with the card if possible.
The departure and final destination with route is not clear for vacationers who only visit Porto for a short time and then you don't know how to get there. That's why we couldn't use the buses.
With the discounts, you can't save that much on a 3-day trip, as you also want to do other activities. We only visited 2 of the free museums and were hardly able to take advantage of any other discounts.

The promised inclusion of the Elektico was not included, there were 2x 6 EUR extra for 4 people. We bought the tickets especially for this. In the detailed description it was stated that these are included. - You might as well put your money where your mouth is.

Unfortunately, it was not clear at the time of booking that you had to pick up the tickets in paper form at only two different locations. There was no online ticket that could be used directly for public transport. The support team did send me a PDF after I asked in the chat, but again it only had the invoice details printed on it and I couldn't use it on a bus. I then spent the €30 on two tickets for nothing and was denied the option of canceling or rebooking.
