online ticketing was excellent, smooth and quick plus I received additional discounts for additional tours. the tour was very good, especially for people with limited time to visit. it was not always clear which buildings the guide was referring to and from the back of the bus it was not always visible. but quite comprehensive

We saw a lot and understood a lot of interesting facts thanks to the audio guide. You could choose stations and get on and off without any time pressure

It was a great tour to get some history around the major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The Team were very helpful and friendly....

Bought the tickets for 2 online and the bus driver accepted the proof of purchase from my phone. The driver was really driving with caution due to the rain. All were helpful to accommodate visitors. Thanks

Great way to see the city on a sunny and warm day / bud veey nice - just toooo much traffic near your boats / maybe take alternate route?

Stops were interesting. You should add where the location is of each stop by doing the qr code. I am referring to Istanbul hop on hop off bus.

1. The guide was fine, worked hard to announce stops etc. No beverage or snack received but was advertised. Not a big deal but if not part of package, don't advertise it. 2. Not able to get on some buses as they were full - had to wait too long for next one. This made it difficult to get off because not sure we could get on again on the next bus so we stayed on. The traffic in Istanbul is a problem - very slow getting to Hagia Sophia - so we got off and walked - couldn't get on bus returning so . . . not the best experience on the "Hop on Off Bus" -

Need plan in advance day before, look map and then go! Good option and many buses,but please in future print departure time shedule on advertise card!

Service was good but the fact that I had difficulty accessing ticket on your website it makes it average which was a little stressful

It would be nice if you could buy the ticket from the driver at the bus stops, without having the need to do it online or at the base that would be in the center in the Sultanahmet neighborhood. For the rest, very good service.

Very easy process to get tickets online. Once you have your confirmation, proceed to the busses. Very easy process once you are there. Find the person in the red shirts and they will help. They scan your ticket, you hop on a bus and enjoy the sights.

Easy to book online, however had to wait sometime before tickets could be printed out resulting in bus leaving without us, so another 20 mins wait, the guides on the bus were either very helpful or indifferent sadly. It was a very hot day so had to ask for some water which was given but never offered any snacks!! Very confusing also where to get back on the bus once you hopped off, clearer signage and timetables would have been useful.

I love that the weather was very beautiful period the driver was very nice, kind, and drove very safe period the city is beautiful, it was a very enlightening and educational event period but people were nice and caring an overall Istanbul, Turkey is a very lovely place to be. Good for your boss

Excellent way to purchase on line.....save time at the first stop. Bus very clean, has area that is covered up top, so you don't bake in the sun.

The bus part of the service was very good, and everything was easy. What I purchased included a cruise; unfortunately, the information concerning the cruise was not provided in advance, and I had to ask the team on the ground for support. I would have expected to receive the instructions in advance in my email. Besides that, the rest was good the staff were helpful and friendly, and the tour content was well-designed and adequate.

Customer support refers to on-site staff. We received only sporadic information in response to several inquiries. We got the impression that some of the employees are not well informed and trained. We were told, for example, that only Turkish citizens can use the bus after 5 pm. This turned out to be wrong and could be clarified by other employees of the operators. The tour is otherwise well designed and drives to all important destinations.

- Only water was available onboard. When announced other thins with. - Bus every one hour when it was announced on shared schedule every 30mn. No explanation was given. - on 4 bus used only 2 has wifi connexion.

Istanbul is a huge and expensive city to move around and see all those sights in just one day. taking the hop on/off bus was an interesting and convenient way to see all of them and visit whichever we wished. Especially the visit to the Asian side really amazed us.
