The cloister is very beautiful. But the entrances are poorly organized because after a long one to enter the monastery you had to make another one to visit the free church with Vasco de Gama's tomb. It would be better if those who enter the monastery then could also enter the church directly, perhaps by having a quota of people interested only in the church and a quota of people who have visited the Monastery. The staff handling the entrances is rude.

Fantastic monastery, third time there now and I always enjoy this cloister when I'm in Lisbon!

Although the place is beautiful and well worth a visit, the queue was huge in the strong sun and it took more than an hour to get in. Inside, it's organized!

The monastery is simply amazing, a must-see if you go to Lisbon and decide to go to Belém. You will be amazed. And the attention on arrival was very good, they helped my mom to pass before since she has a mobility problem.

The direction of the visit is well indicated, the monastery is magnificent and the small number of visitors admitted at any one time means you can really enjoy the visit without feeling oppressed by the crowds...

Very beautiful monastery. Given the long queues one might consider staggering by time of entry to avoid long and for some unnecessary waits. It should be specified that for access it is necessary to already have a ticket.

Beautiful monastery with a superb cloister. It's a pity there are no reservations with time slots, which would avoid queuing for over an hour.

The cloister court is just amazing. The architecture features lots of details. It's one of the not-to-be-missed in Lisbon.

Beautiful place, but the queue is long even for those who buy tickets online. And there's no direct entrance from the monastery to the cathedral, so you have to queue again... so we gave up on this second visit

The tower is magnificent, so don't wait too long to get there. However, the inside is not worth the wait, the outside is much more interesting and pretty, the courtyard is pretty but the floors are empty, too bad, a reconstruction of the place could be more attractive.

the experience of buying the tickets in advance was good, as it reduced the queuing time (I think). It arrived in the mail immediately and I was able to download the ticket to present at the time. That was it for the ticket. As for the monastery itself, it's very beautiful, but it's not worth waiting in line for an hour to see it. If I could go back I wouldn't have gone. You have to wait in line in front of a blazing sun!

I bought a ticket for the Jeronimos Monastery. The process was simple and intuitive and I was directed to the entrance queue. Everything went well!

Convenient to order tickets in advance with Headout. The Belem Tower offers a lovely view of the Taje estuary, and beautiful Manueline architecture.

Very beautiful monastery and church. We arrived early (9 am) and they opened at 9:30? It was perfect timing, as there were already a lot of people in line. The purchase of the tickets was very easy and fast... the application was very practical!

The tour lacks explanation, especially at this price. Audioguides or more panels would have been welcome. In the end, we visited a building that is certainly very majestic, but which didn't have to be put into context (what's its history?...).

The organization was perfect and the staff at the entrance very kind. I would only say that the hours in line are not worth the visit to the monastery, which although gorgeous ends in just a wonderful cloister. Hours in line are done for the Vatican museums or the Louvre where you then stay all day to visit. Although beautiful I would not recommend it.

The venue and the experience were fantastic... ONCE WE FINALLY GOT IN. Well over an hour in line just to enter the monastery is ridiculous. Timed entry tickets would be much nicer.

The area around the Tower was strewn with trash. 🤨 I liked the alert staff, though the one at the head of the lineup was vaping. Unprofessional.

The ticketing experience was great. However the there was no scheduled entry times so we had to queue for over 2 hours. Whilst the tower is a wonderful attraction we would not have booked tickets if we had known this in advance.

The cloister is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, and we have seen many.... The whole facility is worth a visit. Purchasing was quick and easy, the email with the tickets came right away, and I appreciated not having to purchase them for a specific day.
