Very informative commentary BUT would have been easier to follow if each stop was announced by the numbers on your map. The drivers were very nice and helpful

My tour was awesome...but a lot of major communications on head out end. If a company works on the assumption that not everybody KNOWS where a place is..and gives real good directions...its a far better and less frustrating experience for users. Try it!!! You couldn't possibly do a worse job than the lack of directions I got. Good luck

We loved all the historic sites and we didn't need to watch where we were going in the bus. Nice information on the different parts of the city.

We loved Everything! Well organized. Point of improvement: we were not aware (or maybe missed) about the fact earphones were lying in the bus. It is nice to communicate a list of "nice to know/ practical info" immediately after the online purchase of tickets.

I liked being able to hop off and spend time in the various areas on my own schedule. I DID NOT like how hard it was to find the first HOHO bus. I looked for over 45 minutes and asked over 12 people (people who worked in the tourism industry). I was super frustrated. I felt like it could have been avoided if I would have had instructions about where to go or what to look for. The city buses look a lot like the HOHO. A couple of the drivers were ornery.

Great routes to take in the veste sights in London. Friendly drivers and helpful ticket sellers. We did have to search carefully for the boarding points ourselves as they were not very well marked.

Easy to book from New Zealand and easy to catch in London! Staff near the stop at Marble Arch were very helpful and we enjoyed the ride. There were a couple of long delays at a couple of the stops but that was fine.

While browsing for discount tickets for London attractions, I came across Headout and was pleasantly surprised by the tremendously low prices for attractions. I thought it was too good to be true but after reading the reviews, I went ahead and booked the tickets. It was easy to book and all the information was emailed to me. The city sightseeing buses are very easy to spot and have a choice of blue, red and green routes. The 24/48 hour ticket includes the Thames cruise which was the highlight of the tour.

Everything! It's so convenient to see so many things that you otherwise would not get a chance to. The narrator and guided voice explaining everything was also super helpful.

The sound for the guide voice did not work so we actually could not hear anything. We tried different seats in the bus but same problem everywhere

It isn't the fault of the staff or coaches that caused a great experience to become a mediocre day trip. It was because of all the construction in London. The buses by passed many stops and completely missed the Tower Bridge.

The bus experience was just ok . My Email from Headout told me the start of the bus experience was at Green Park . We got to Green park , no bus arrived for city sightseeing, only other sightseeing buses . We had to walk for 40 minutes to eventually find the correct bus pick up point . My children and husband were very upset . The bus ride itself was fine . Wished we could have seen more in the city .

Disappointed that the tour did not pass near King's Cross. If I had known I would have booked another tour operator. Was very wet but that's not your fault!

Every staff member was very friendly...the departure times are regular. A great alternative to the general bus ride and tube.

Had a 24 hour ticket and hubby and I managed to revisit using city sightseeing hop on hop off bus all our favourite stops after not being in London for some time. Lovely drivers who were very helpful especially given I had a bad knee and was slower getting on and off!

The circuit and stop stations are of real value. Also the boat trip was very good. The bus driver were very unpolite when I just asked for information. Terrible!

In general, the tour was very complete, the streets of London were very interesting.

A convenient way to explore London and easily accessible to everyone.

The red route covered everything we wanted to see and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
