Combo: Auckland Explorer Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour + Whale & Dolphin Safari Cruise

It's a lovely experience we get to see the most popular places in Auckland city and learned a little bit about it's history.

Everything was great. The two greeters at the Sky Tower were super helpful and all the drivers were very friendly. One small thing was that the web site said the road to the aquarium was flooded and buses weren't going there. As this was our destination it almost stopped me booking. Otherwise we had a great day. Thank you

The timing of when the last bus would be picking up was unclear so we got stuck and had to purchase an Uber. The website also said the bus was temporarily picking us up at a spot that it was not and that there was a shortened route due to flooding, which there wasn't. Other than that, we loved the experience. Its such a great way to see th city and we wish we could've seen a bit more!

I was worried that the tall trees might pose a danger to our bus. We would like to cooperate with the organization that manages the trees on the road so that customers can focus only on sightseeing during the tour.

It was a good way to get around Auckland and hear about all the sites. Good advice to stay on the bus until you have seen the whole loop and then decide what you are going to do. Next time I would probably buy a ticket that included seeing the zoo and aquarium, for best value.

Your street steward told us about the Pacifica festival. The bus got us there and back . We had a great day. Stopped at Mount Eden too.

Very informative, quick and easy. Recommend taking once around and figure out what you want to achieve first and then start there on second go around.

Ticketing experience very good with booking online and tickets from service lady. Red & Blue routes provided excellent tour of city. Fleet reduced from 4 to 3 after accident so long queues and didn't feel able to leave the bus as often as we hoped since worried wouldn't get back on to following 'full' buses

It's difficult to find the first stop of your bus, it would be better if the detailed address of each stop can be marked on the order email.

Comfortable bus, great way to see the city and get some of the history! The only downside was that the audio was off for part of the tour.

We enjoyed the first part despite the wind and rain. The fully enclosed Coach is brilliant for that situation. To continue on the Red Route we had to switch at the museum to an open Coach. Karma was with us, though, and the rain held off. There was, initially, a problem with the driver at Stop One recognizing our booking. He had us get on and a wonderful woman sorted it all out. We feel we know Auckland much better now and know what we want to come back to see next visit.

What I liked most about my experience was the narration about AUK. What I disliked was when there was no marration. I had to ask the driver to turn it back on after one stop. It stopped again, and since I was hopping off on the next stop I reminded the driver to turn it on again. Other that that one complaint I loved everything else about it. It allowed me to find some activities that I plan to do in the future.

Ticketing was fairly straightforward online paid by credit card. Lady busdriver was quite amazing navigationg this beast around tight corners of small Auckland.

Interesting to see the city, ticketing was easy and the operative at the bus stop very helpful.

Easy to make a reservation online, agent at the bus stop to answer all questions and to print out ticket.

Getting on & off where & when you like us terrific.

Great familiarity trip of ma y parts of the city.

Drivers, buses, destinations ... WiFi could have been better on the buses. Overall glad we booked.
