Buying the tickets were fairly straight and easy. The visit was exciting. The welcome committee was absolutely delightful. The visit was very interesting and informative.

Easy app to navigate and book trips. We chose 2 trips - the hop on bus and Inside Burj al Arab and both were well organised and convenient.

It's sheikh-tastic experienced inside the burj al alrab as well as the warm welcome during the tour especially the Umi Sky deck which was really fantastic and remarkably majestic. The magnificent coastline was terrific. I highly recommend this tour for all ages. Thank you so much for all the staffs. 🤗❤️

It was an amazing tour, also the headout team explained exactly where the meeting point was, else i would have ended up at the wrong spot.

Burj al arab is synonyms of luxry and great hospitality. A wonder of modern architecture. Guided tour gives us a chance to feel this luxury for limited time in limited budget. Must visit experience.

Amazing ture we have a lot of photos I meet a lot of friends we had gold coffee together and the small date cake was delicious 🤤

Twas amazing experience only that ,The booking time wasn't followed ,they still let us wait yet we were 15 minutes early before booking time .

Very well organized and amazing staff . Easy online booking . The Gold Cappuccino experience was well worth it ~ such an iconic hotel!

Mostly they just put u in different rooms and you look by yourself. It would be better if for such money they would be with you and explain everything as it is guided tour not self tour. It is indicated as 1,5 hour tour in fact around 1 hour.

It was worth visiting, the tour covered nearly every area, the best part was breath taking views from the 27th floor. Also, the guide was extremely good and well informed so the tour became very enjoyable.

Ticketing was so smooth and was really excited and happy about the tour. It was nice seeing those interiors in the iconic building
