Staff were all lovely and the 90 minute trip was relaxed and interesting. This isn't a tour-guide trip, so you aren't told about the sights you are seeing, but we knew that and were happy with doing our own research or just chilling and taking the occasional photo. The boat is nice and clean, the refreshments not expensive and we enjoyed our trip.

The treatment of the crew was excellent, especially friendly with the children. Very calm crossing and with all the necessary services (toilets, food, drinks).

The boarding was easy. The seats were comfortable. the music was good. it was a relaxing beautiful day on the Tagus River. It was so much more calm than a bus tour. the view from the other side is gorgeous. I didnt know that bridge would be so noisy with the trains and cars. i will recommend this to others.
