After a short flight it is very relaxing to walk from the airport in Rome to the train. Tickets at the airport there are quite long waiting lines. But you can also reserve tickets online. The walk is about 10 minutes to the train. The train does fill up, but we managed to find a seat there and back.

Problem with sala blu and the normal train staff went above and beyond to make sure the wheelchair could still get on. Very professional and helpful. Haven't used it before. Normally fly to naples. Will use rome more.

We were forced to pay a fee on the train for not checking in and nowhere did it say to do so. It was only announced on the train that you needed to check the train times and nowhere did it say to check in. So next time tell people how to do it properly.

It's good to be able to book online, but it's a pity that there's a tax compared to a ticket taken from the ticket machine at the station.

Punctuality and courtesy of staff excellent. Instead, on a negative note, both electrical outlets at my location were not working.

Access to the station by metro is very easy. All you have to do is go through the gantry to validate your ticket, and the train is within easy reach. 30 minutes and you're at the airport.

Easy and quick way to get to Rome. Too bad you can't get to the train station directly from the airport, but have to walk a few hundred meters.

Very complicated. I first had to download an app to get the qr code for the tickets. That would have been possible by email or PDF file

Buying the tickets was easy enough, except you have to stipulate the train time. That means guessing if your plane will arrive on time and how long it will then take to get to the station. We got there 45 minutes earlier than I guessed. We tried to catch the earlier train, but our tickets were rejected and we had to wait for the one I had booked 30 minutes later. I'll buy them when we arrive in future.

I traveled on a train that was earlier than the one for which I had bought the ticket because I arrived ahead of schedule at the station. I had asked the person who was viewing the tickets at Termini if this would be possible, and she said there was no problem but I think my question was lost in translation. So I really appreciated it when on the train the conductor said he would let it go this once, but I should know for next time. Traveling is so stressful especially when one doesn't know the language, and this small kindness made a big difference.

I couldn't find the Leonardo train tickets at the station itself, so I conveniently bought them online. Just keep in mind that it takes x number of minutes before you receive the tickets, so order them well before your train actually leaves!

The simplicity and speed in booking, and also to make a change to advance a train before the changed schedule. Thank you

I had understood the explanation that children between the ages of 4 and 12 travel for free when accompanied by a paying adult to mean that 12 years are included and not that you have to pay from the age of 12. So my 12-year-old child was a fare dodger and we had to pay €50 plus ticket. I was annoyed about that. Perhaps this problem could be avoided in future by adding the sentence: "You have to pay from the age of 12..."

I found it difficult to download my ticket. Eventually I switched off WiFi on my phone and managed to download over the phone signal. Once I had done that the ticket worked fine

The price i expensive, and it is caotic to get around the trainstation and people that work there you can't ask if they don´t work at the information. And then I don´t understand why you have to check in at the app when they also check the ticket in the train. But from A to B it is a good solution

Our tour guide was awesome! It is worth every penny to have someone to explain the history and architecture of ancient Rome. Also, I got to skip the lines and save the previous time in Rome.

Unintuitive how to go about changing the ride time for the Leonardo shuttle. I got help from the Airport station staff so everything went smoothly.
