We purchased a second pair of tickets.
We were guided into the facility by a representative and none of the agents would exchange our voucher from you for a ticket. They said "find or call the 3rd party". We were losing time and decided to buy tickets. The Louvre itself was amazing.

There was no experience. The guide did not show up, so we did not have our tour of the exterior of the Louvre, nor did we receive our tickets for entry to the Louvre. Completely disapponting. In addition, still waiting for resolution fand reimbursement from HeadOut.

I got the meeting point 30 min before the tour, I keep there up to after 50min....the guide didn't show up, I tried to contacto the partner and the phone number was out of service, I contacted customer support and suppose they will looking for a solution with the partner.... I didn't have Headout backing me up....and I'm still waiting resolution
