I had booked combo tickets for IMG World of Adventures and Wild Wadi Water Park. We both had an awsom time at both parks. Highly recommend it.

I was under the impression that general time tickets also allowed to the deck view but unfortunately it wasn't stated in the tickets

It was very easy to buy the ticket online. I bought the ticket when I was at the entrance to the Palm Tower. Payment went smoothly with credit card. I received my ticket in my mailbox within a few minutes and was able to walk straight to the view.

Great place go the family .it's clean and not really any waiting around for all the rides. The size of this place will put you in awe. We went on all the rides. Always come here when visiting Dubai. Headout was the cheapest ticket around. Have alerted Al my friends who are visiting in the near future.

There was a spectucalar view tot he Palm. we got up without too much waiting line, although we got there in an afternoon hour.

Overall good for rides and 3D 5D movies. Better to buy tickets at discounts instead of paying full at the park. Food was very expensive, but it is the case at most of theme parks. Please carry water bottles from outside. Overall good theme park to spend 6-7 hours for kids and adults.

We really enjoyed the views and the experience. Also hearing all the facts and history of the palm view before we went up was interesting

The views were obviously amazing, the whole experience is very well run. I pre booked our tickets a while before we flew to Dubai, the booking was so easy to do through headout. Will definitely use them again

It was a thrilling experience...with the ride of Powerpuff girls and Forbidden world...The jurassic world ride was also spinechilling for the kids...there were too many shops selling merchandise which was quite commercial...game stalls with payed entries was displeasing ...but overall it was a good one time experience.

The view over Dubai at 52nd floor was amazing. We booked the tickets a few minutes before entering with 15% discount. Everything went well, starting from booking, payment, etc.

The view is better than Burj kalifa view! The Palm was magnificient! And the whole story about the palm is unbelievable!

When booking the ticket, the payment process stalled multiple times. In the end, I was charged twice, had two tickets issued which I couldn't use and no reimbursement was offered. Once on top, the visibility was limited - not your fault, obviously, that I was there during the only hazy morning in months. Anyhow, the glass on the top was totally wet and it was nearly impossible to get a view of the palm even after the fog lifted. Not sure there is a technical solution: Maybe the kind of magnetic cleaning appliances used in aquariums would work here, too?

Jumeirah Hotel Group has also started offering general tours of Burj Al Arab, which had previously only been open to hotel guests and restaurant reservations, perhaps due to the impact of the coronavirus on their profits. It's 250 DHM for about 30 people at a time, so it's probably a good amount of income. The route was from the information desk in the renovated convention hall of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and moved by cart to the side of Burj Al Arab. From there, you will pass through the lobby for a moment, but photography is strictly prohibited to ensure the privacy of guests.Take the escalator to the restaurant/shopping floor, then move to the Royal Suite floor on the 25th floor. First, we were taken to an explanation corner about the hotel's architecture and interior, which had been renovated for tours. There, gold leaf coffee was served to the optional tour guests, but as tour guests came one after another, the atmosphere was not calm and relaxing. After that, we were guided to the queen suite and then the king suite on the opposite side, and as expected, the interiors were splendid. Even though the guide staff had warned them in advance not to touch the interior because it was antique, the Chinese and Latin families didn't listen and ended up sitting on the sofas and taking pictures until the staff warned them. It's like a tour of a model condominium room, and the guide doesn't explain the interior unless asked, and when the time comes, they just close the door and lead you on your way. The tour is actually less than an hour long. You will have to pay a high price to stay overnight, so even though it is just a sightseeing tour, it becomes a souvenir story. It's enough to go once, but it's worth visiting at least once. At the end, you will be guided to a gift shop, but all of the items are reasonably priced as they are tour souvenirs.
